如是说。 圣者甘露漩中，两种事业之义确定完毕。 此后，当说真实之语， 一切无有阻碍者， 诸续部之身皆汇集， 此事业续部当宣说。 在柳树城的宫殿中， 秘密主身着蓝衣者， 与菩提眷属一同， 聚集诸义。 力量与威力胜于他者， 彼时宣说了大秘密续。 此后诸天之自在者们， 在须弥山的山顶上， 示现化身之相， 具有四千之事业续， 宣说了各种各样的大续。 此乃彼义之汇集大续。 我为诸会众宣说。 寂静与增益， 怀爱与猛厉诛杀， 僵直与禁锢， 迷醉与医治， 疯狂与驱逐。 寂静唯一。 增益有四种， 财富与谷物寿命， 一切功德皆增益。 怀爱有两种， 天等之生灵， 以及国王当怀爱。 诛杀唯一。 勾招有八种， 天女龙女母鬼勾。 勾寿命与精华， 勾精液与生灵。 彼等当广说。 首先行寂静之业， 寂静之坛城圆形， 具有四瓣白莲。 中央具光辉身着蓝衣者， 仪容寂静之自性， 具足遍照佛之顶饰， 心间月上仅念诵。 嗡 纳摩 尼拉姆巴拉 吽 (藏文：ཨོྂ་ན་མོ་ནཱི་ལཱྂ་བ་ར་ཧཱུྂ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ namo nīlāṃbara hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，皈命，蓝色，衣服，吽)。 夏廷古汝 梭哈（藏文：ཤཱན་ཏིང་ཀུ་རུ་སཝཱཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：śāntiṃ kuru svāhā，汉语字面意思：寂静，作，梭哈）。 念诵百或千遍。 此后于前方掘火坑， 圆形，以白色涂之。 其上堆砌涂有酸奶之木柴， 内中生起寂静火神。 点燃火焰，迎请火神， 成为无二之后，献供。 赞颂后，于内中生起蓝衣者， 生起后，当献供。 以白花与灯香， 圆形食子供养。 献上水果与牛奶粥。 勾招当寂静之鸟， 以银或白色的橛钉钉。 嗡 纳摩 尼拉姆巴拉 吽 啪特（藏文：ཨོྂ་ན མོ་ནཱི་ལཱྂ་བ་ར་ཧཱུྂ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ namo nīlāṃbara hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，皈命，蓝色，衣服，吽，啪特）。

Power and strength are superior to others, At that time, the great secret tantra was spoken. Then, the lords of the gods, On the peak of Mount Sumeru, Having shown the form of an emanation body, The tantra of action, which has four thousand, The great tantra of various kinds was explained. This is the great tantra that summarizes that meaning. I will explain to all the assemblies. Peaceful and increasing, Subjugating and fierce killing, Stiffening and imprisoning, Toxicating and healing, Driving mad and exorcising. Peaceful is one. Increasing has four aspects, Wealth, grain, life, and, All qualities are increasing. Subjugating has two aspects, Beings such as gods, And the king should be subjugated. Killing is one. Summoning has eight aspects, Summoning goddesses, nāgas, and mātaras. Summoning life and essence, Summoning semen and beings. These should be explained in detail. First, performing the peaceful action, The peaceful mandala is round, With four white lotus petals.
