It is called Kuru. The lord of the gods is like this: Vajrasattva himself transforms into a dakini, destroying sins with the power of female bliss. Dakinis who travel in the ten directions of space, whose characteristics are like the sky, perform illusions like magic. This is merely a conventional manifestation, not abiding in nirvana, appearing to dispel the delusion of the world. That appearance has no inherent nature, the nature of mind is not truly established, the taste of things is separate from everything. Those with intelligence should meditate like the sky. Like mirages and dreams, the wise, with the power of self-awareness, should meditate on the six extremes of union. First, the basis and cause of discussion, mudras, mantras, and meditation, as well as similar ritual methods, and the things to be shown, I have shown to you, the deity. Whoever holds or grasps this, even worldly people will draw near, and the assembly of dakinis will protect them. Thus he spoke. Then, the lord of the gods, Indra, arose from his seat, greatly pleasing all the eight classes of gods and demons and the assembly of dakinis, and all offered great offerings, and praised the glorious Vajrapani thus: Emaho! Great power surpassing all, a deity who destroys the wicked with fierce compassion, yellow tongue, wide eyes, bared fangs, lotus seat, holding a vajra in your heart, I praise you. Having praised thus, they will all return to their own abodes. The great tantra of the Karma Dakini is complete. The Indian abbot Shantigarbha and the Tibetan translator Che Tashi translated, revised, and finalized it.
