Whose power desires to control the world. From the essence of the five incompatible elements, the incarnate mother balances the elements. From the self-nature of the world's movement, the dakini is the one who balances existence. Furthermore, the five great elements, each from their own body, the dakini is born like a tree, maintaining their own body. The dakinis of the desire realm, form realm, and formless realm are born from the face, eyes, and ears. All mother tantras are completely born from the womb. Mara, Yama, and Rakshasa are born from breath. Sixty thousand kinds of obstacles are born from transformation. On the bodies of those dakinis, many are born, and existence is as follows: gods and asuras, nagas and yaksha dakinis, rakshasa flesh-eaters, Yama dakinis, gandharvas, garudas, kinnara dakinis, hungry ghosts, hermits, life dakinis, mara and charnel ground, human dakinis, animals, pretas, hell dakinis, karma and extreme hells, etc. All kinds of dakinis are displeasing, angry, and fighting with each other, due to common and individual karma. They consume essence meat, essence blood, skin, and life. Due to different fears, desires, etc., some flee, some chase and search, hide and kill, eat flesh and drink blood, cry out and wail, unable to bear crying, heads and bodies strike the ground, those with ability cheer and clap their hands. Discordant, with strange heads and diverse bodies, human bodies with bird wings, three eyes, and sharp claws, fangs and horns, one body with many heads, beautiful light shining, ugly and diverse, tormented by a multitude of sufferings. From skillful means, a great dakini is emanated, surpassing others and possessing great power, instantly transforming unbearable suffering into happiness. Various dakinis gather in one place, and to the dakini of common karma, they pray thus: Dakini of color and shape, what is our karma and cause and effect? What is the lineage and the lord of the lineage? What is the place, activity, food, and destiny? Thus they pray. That great mother, moved by extreme attachment, aroused a compassionate mind, and focused her mind on the fruit of uniting with a friend.
