帕匝匝。镇伏为匝吽匝，匝吽。折磨为吽啪吽啪。从智慧光灿续中，寂增怀诛，勾召驱逐，镇伏折磨之品第十二。此后是真实宣说，以食精咒语延寿，五根和三果，光灿红糖蜂蜜冰糖等，牦牛奶酥，牛乳酥，犏牛奶酥混合。自身于头顶观想无量寿佛，结跏趺坐，等持，身色红。宝瓶中降下长寿之甘露，观想为清净五光之团。六个月食精，此长寿咒：嗡啊吽，阿玛Ra尼，吉旺帝，梭哈。（藏文：ཨོྂ་ཨཱཿཧཱུ~ྂ་ཨ་མ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་ཝན་ཏི་སཝཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ amaraṇi jīvantī svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽，不死，命，活，梭哈。）清晨念诵一百零八遍，获得不死寿命之成就。从智慧光灿续中，长寿修法之品第十三。此后是真实宣说，食精咒语之守护遮遣是，八和二十二，九千遍，夜晚黄昏，天空边际之时，皈依，生起本尊之慢，享用光灿甘露之酥油。芥子，盐，干土，石灰粉，各念诵一千遍，向四面八方抛洒。嗡啊吽。那嘛萨瓦布达雅。那嘛阿札底哈达夏萨那。那嘛哈塔那。嗡卡卡卡嘿卡嘿。吽吽匝拉雅匝拉雅。德叉德叉雅。吽吽啪啪遮遣。萨瓦比嘎南玛Ra雅吽啪梭哈。吽巴Ra雅。洛嘎巴Ra雅。洛嘎巴夏雅。哈哈吽遮遣雅雅。大仇敌某某玛Ra雅吽啪。如此这般亦可遮遣与守护。从智慧光灿续中，守护遮遣之品第十四。此后是真实宣说，以食精咒语，人，财，食物，欲求勾招和聚集，如此修持。于台座四瓣莲花之上，摆设白色红色装饰之朵玛三个。食物谷物菩提心，白色红色陈设。禁语三日念诵此咒：嗡啊吽哈日尼萨。贼美贼美贼美吽。（藏文：ཨོྂ་ཨཱཿཧཱུ~ྂ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས། ཙེ་མེ་ཙེ་མེ་ཙེ་མེ་ཧཱུ~ྂ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ harini sa ce me ce me ce me hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽哈日尼萨。贼美贼美贼美吽。）梦见年幼少女出现。之后第四天梦见男子。之后清晨不说话，用新刀刮舌头，与姜黄混合。与光灿混合后浸泡七日。念诵咒语后吃完，便可使其听命。从智慧光灿续中，人财食物三者勾招之品第十五。此后是真实宣说，以食精咒语，天神，国王，大臣，百姓和年幼女子

Pa dzha dzha. Subduing is dza hum dza, dza hum. Tormenting is hum phat hum phat. From the Wisdom Radiant Tantra, the chapter on pacifying, increasing, empowering, wrathful, summoning, expelling, subduing, and tormenting, the twelfth. Thereafter is the true exposition, prolonging life with the essence-eating mantra, five roots and three fruits, radiant molasses, honey, rock candy, etc., yak butter, cow butter, hybrid butter mixed. Oneself visualizes Amitayus on the crown of the head, in full lotus posture, in equipoise, body color red. Nectar of longevity descends into the vase, visualized as a mass of pure five lights. Eating essence for six months, this longevity mantra: Om Ah Hum, Amaraṇi, Jīvantī, Svāhā. On a four-petaled lotus on a platform, arrange three tormas decorated in white and red. Food, grain, bodhicitta, white and red are arranged. Silently recite this mantra for three days: Om Ah Hum Harini Sa. Tse Me Tse Me Tse Me Hum. Mix with radiant and soak for seven days. After reciting the mantra and eating it, one can make them obey. Tha oṃ ba ra ca ra ha ri ni sa. Kuṃ kuṃ rmi ma svāhā. Then, a small amount of substance for the activity, like a bean. Apply this very mantra to the above amulet. Che ge mo ba shaṃ ku ru svāhā. After reciting twenty-one times, apply the bindu to the forehead, and all that is pointed to will be subdued. From the Tantra of Luminous Wisdom. Holding the edge of the left garment, recite twenty-one times and walk through the market. Words will be strong, debates will be won. If traveling on the road, thieves will be bound. From the Tantra of Luminous Wisdom. The Seventeenth Chapter: Hand Gestures. Then, again, the correct explanation to be given. Transforming speech with the essence-extracting mantra. Mix luminous vermillion and apply it to the forehead. If the letter Harīḥ is written, whatever wealth is desired will be obtained. If Za is written on the chin, food will be obtained. If Ma is not written on the palm, weapons will not strike. If Lha is written, contagious diseases will be overcome. If Gnam is written on the heart, the eight fears will be protected. One will not be burned by fire, nor carried away by wind. One will not be cut by weapons, nor struck. One will be invisible to people, and swiftness of foot will be achieved.
