忆念功德后，以此咒加持于药。嗡 达地雅他 凯舍 凯舍 维玛给 札拉玛 瓦玛 嘿利 嘿利 拿摩 布达雅 悉殿度 曼札 巴达 梭哈。（藏文：ཨོྂ་ཏདྱ་ཐཱ་ཀེ་ཤེ་ཀེ་ཤེ་བི་མཱ་གེ་པྲ་ལ་མ་བ་མ། ཧི་ལི་ཧི་ལི། ན་མོ་བུདྡྷཱ་ཡ་སིདྡྷྱནྟུ་མནྟྲ་པཱའ་ད་སཝཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ tadyathā keśe keśe vimāge pralama vama hili hili namo buddhāya sidhyantu mantra pādā svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 达地雅他 凯舍 凯舍 维玛给 札拉玛 瓦玛 嘿利 嘿利 皈依佛陀 愿成就 咒语 足 梭哈）这是诸佛所说。如是说。出自《甘露大乐续》，确定缘起正量的药甘露拉萨亚那中，共同药物精华和成就持明之品第九品完毕。之后，聚集的眷属们，向薄伽梵如此赞颂道：从无所缘离戏平等之法性中，以慈悲之行利益有情。从智慧空性和方便大悲心中，以容器世间之药物成就精华，共同持明摧毁身体之疾病。身之元素甘露精华饮用之蕴中，显现佛陀自面之坛城身。对示现轮回涅槃之意义的身，极度赞颂。如是异口同声地极度赞颂。之后，薄伽梵如此咐嘱道：甘露大之殊胜法，三时诸佛供养之心。身语意之垢染清净，以供养母和空行，获得威力与力量之成就。以供养菩萨，获得无病长寿之持明。以供养十方瑜伽士，誓言圆满，成就生起。确定容器与精华甘露，未来修持之口诀，你们众人受持并弘扬。如是说。出自《甘露大乐续》，完全咐嘱续部并示现不灭之教言第十品完毕。《甘露大乐续》完毕。

(Tibetan: ཨོྂ་ཏདྱ་ཐཱ་ཀེ་ཤེ་ཀེ་ཤེ་བི་མཱ་གེ་པྲ་ལ་མ་བ་མ། ཧི་ལི་ཧི་ལི། ན་མོ་བུདྡྷཱ་ཡ་སིདྡྷྱནྟུ་མནྟྲ་པཱའ་ད་སཝཱ་ཧཱ།，Sanskrit Devanagari: ，Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ tadyathā keśe keśe vimāge pralama vama hili hili namo buddhāya sidhyantu mantra pādā svāhā，Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡 达地雅他 凯舍 凯舍 维玛给 札拉玛 瓦玛 嘿利 嘿利 皈依佛陀 愿成就 咒语 足 梭哈) This was spoken by all the Buddhas. Thus it was said. From the Tantra of Great Blissful Nectar, the ninth chapter on the common medicine essence and accomplishment of vidyadharas from the medicine nectar Rasayana, which establishes the valid measure of dependent arising, is complete. Then, those assembled in the retinue praised the Bhagavan thus: From the nature of non-objective, free from elaboration, and equal Dharma, the compassionate deeds benefit sentient beings. From the wisdom of emptiness and the great compassion of skillful means, through the accomplishment of the medicine essence of the vessel world, the common vidyadhara destroys the diseases of the body. Within the aggregate of the body's elements, the nectar essence is drunk, the mandala body that reveals the Buddha's own face. Utterly praise the body that shows the meaning of samsara and nirvana. Thus, they praised in unison. Then, the Bhagavan entrusted this: The supreme Dharma of the great nectar, the mind of offering to the Buddhas of the three times. Purify the defilements of body, speech, and mind, through offering to the mothers and dakinis, obtain the siddhi of power and strength. Through offering to the Bodhisattvas, obtain the vidyadhara of health and longevity. Through offering to the yogis of the ten directions, vows are fulfilled, and siddhis arise. Establish the vessel and essence nectar, the oral instructions for future practice, may you all uphold and propagate them. Thus it was said. From the Tantra of Great Blissful Nectar, the tenth chapter on completely entrusting the tantra and showing the indestructible teachings is complete. The Tantra of Great Blissful Nectar is complete.
