Lo! Through the great accomplishment of outer medicine, may the appearances of sentient beings' afflictions be purified. Through the accomplishment of inner nectar, may the appearances of yogic experience arise. In the appearance of the result, the Sugata, may it be established as an inexhaustible, continuous wheel. Severing the stream of the three existences, to you, the teacher, the Sugata, I pay homage. After praising in this way, the retinue rejoiced in what the teacher had said. Then, the teacher and retinue dissolved into the realm of Dharma. This great secret tantra remained in the land of Oddiyana (U仗那，now in Pakistan) inside a stupa like the glorious Duwa.
