Then. Nagas and earth lords, secret places. Illness arises from the influence of demons. The gathering is from beginning to end. Blood disease arises from the throat. Heat bile resides in the heart. Phlegm resides in the stomach and spleen. Wind grows from the secret place. The place of birth through the connection of karma is: Through the karma of ignorance, in the animal realm. Through the karma of desire, in the human realm. Through the karma of hatred, in the hell realm. Through the karma of stinginess, in the hungry ghost realm. Through the karma of pride, born in the god realm. Through the karma of jealousy, in the demigod realm. From the Secret Essence Tantra, the fifth chapter, which reveals the disturbance of afflictions. Alas, secret lord of the dakinis, please reveal the abode of the Sugatas. The dakini gave the command: The assembly of deities of the body resides on the crown of the head. The assembly of deities of speech resides in the throat. The assembly of deities of mind resides in the heart. The assembly of deities of emanation resides in the navel. The colors of the five families of deities are: White, red, yellow, green. The dakinis associated with the deities are: The Ratna family and the Padma family. The Vajra family and the Karma family. The family of dakinis is reddish-brown. The way to generate the sequence of wisdoms is: The wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, The wisdom like a mirror, The wisdom of equality, The wisdom of discernment, The wisdom of accomplishment. The wisdom of the deities and dakinis, Concentrate the wind and mind into (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) and release it, Make great bliss union the key. From the Secret Essence Tantra, the sixth chapter, which reveals the abode of the Sugatas. Alas, secret place of the dakinis, Please reveal the location of the ten winds. The dakini gave the command: The earth wind that holds awareness, The water wind that gathers awareness, The fire wind that ripens awareness, The wind wind that moves awareness, The space wind that pervades awareness, The father wind that causes birth, The mother wind that gathers, The child wind that ripens, The action wind that clarifies, The fruit wind that initiates. Concentrate the ten winds into five, Gathered into the effortless spontaneous wind, Gathered into the clear wisdom wind, Gathered into the indivisible non-dual wind, Gathered into the self-born unceasing wind, Gathered into the empty clear awareness wind. That wind pulse is concentrated into one, Like the sun rising in a castle.

|| The wheel of the essence Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) is turned. Experience the wisdom thunderbolt. From the Secret Tantra of the Essence, the seventh chapter, which is the chapter on subduing the vital airs, is complete. Alas! Secret Lord of the Dakinis, I beseech you to show the manifestation of the mind. The Dakini spoke these words: The manifestation of the mind arises from me. Wrathful Lord, great Vajradhara, Vajra Dakini and others, the nature of body, speech, and mind is me. Method and wisdom, primordial awareness is me. All are done on the path of the mind. The suffering of sickness is on the path of the mind. Whatever kind of fever it may be, move the body's wheel. Recite Hari Hari and show it. The body is like the root of a hut. Sickness is like smoke. From the pores of all the hairs, think that the sicknesses come out. Combine wind and mind and meditate fiercely. Sit in a cool place and make the bedding thin. Eat cool food and take cool medicine. When the stomach and intestines hurt, cross the legs and plant the knees. Cross the two hands above the knees. Bind the body, focus firmly, suppress the wind. Rub the forearms against the belly. Hold the mind and exhale with Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). If the upper body, lungs, and heart are uncomfortable, straighten and shake the upper body. Exhale slowly and for a long time. Meditate on the clear light emptiness in the place of sickness. If the stomach, liver, and gallbladder are stiff and painful, and vomiting does not allow food to enter, then know that it is the wheel of the belly. In the mind, tame the wind channels, combine wind and mind. Without distraction, practice with one-pointedness. Even if the inside of cold is heavy, bind the body, cover the head, hold the wind. Generate heat by exhaling Haha. Illuminate the sickness. Without distraction, meditation is essential. When the sickness wind causes a headache, bend the neck and do the wheel. Recite Hari Hari and meditate on emptiness and clarity. When cold wind is hot and causes vomiting, bind the lower body and recite Hari Hari. Meditate with clear light and non-existence. Place the knowledge of heat sickness outside. Gather the knowledge of cold sickness inside. Whatever kind of wound it may be, inside the wound, visualize a bright white A (藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A). Meditate that the A (藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) melts into nectar. Show the sicknesses with the body's dance, the speech's sound, and the mind's focus. From the Old Secret Tantra, the eighth chapter, which is the chapter on showing manifestation, is complete. Alas! Secret Lord of the Dakinis, I beseech you to show the signs of life, shadow, and death. The Dakini spoke these words: Time
