Ḍākinī Ratna Pratitantra Nāma. In Tibetan: The Tantra Called "Garland of Jewels of the Khadro Ma". Homage to Vajra Ḍākinī! Thus I have heard at one time. The Brahmin Supreme Desire, in the charnel ground of Uddiyana (Orgyen) called the Grove of Cooling, was contemplating the illusion of Dharma-nature, enjoying the corpses of the charnel ground, meditating and abiding. At that time, all the Ḍākinīs were in their power, surrounded by heroes and heroines, making offerings and abiding. At that time, the chief of the Ḍākinīs, the Wisdom Ḍākinī Vajravarahi, arose in body: From the unborn, perfectly pure realm of Dharma itself, She manifests the miraculous birth in any way, The Ḍākinī who accomplishes the benefit of beings, Unmoved from the state of unbornness, her body is black, Naked, with gaping mouth and bared fangs, the body of perfect enjoyment, Subduing the poisons of affliction, showing the head of a pig, She accomplishes the benefit of beings with various emanations. In her right hand, a curved knife subdues the three poisons of affliction, In her left hand, a skull cup merges into the unborn realm. The hair of her head is upright and flowing down, spreading various emanations, With charnel ground bone ornaments, she gathers the Ḍākinīs into her power, With the fire of wisdom, she destroys the darkness of ignorance, Right extended, left bent, method and wisdom, Wisdom and prajna, without clothes, a seat of sun, moon, and lotus. By merely seeing and remembering, wisdom arises. Adorned with hundreds of thousands of qualities, the Ḍākinī arose in body, And the Brahmin Supreme Desire himself made this request: In the indivisible nature of bliss, The body of the sow, one taste of samsara and nirvana, The good one who dances with great bliss tummo, The yogini who dwells in the charnel ground, The hero urges to tame sentient beings, Bestowing siddhis on all yogis. Ḍākinī, I prostrate and praise you! Not realized, not attained siddhi, For the sake of attaining siddhi for myself and others, Please explain the method of accomplishing the Ḍākinī. Thus he requested. The first chapter, the introduction. Then the Ḍākinī spoke: The accomplishment of Vajra Ḍākinī Is one who can keep secrets and has vows, Respects the lama and strives in practice, Speaks truthfully and has a stable mind, To the Ḍākinī

She is extremely clean, abiding in good asceticism. A solitary tree, a cemetery, the house where the mothers dwell, a dense forest, a water island, the top or foot of a mountain, a secluded and pleasant place, an empty city, the shelter of a mountain, a red rock facing southwest. Strive diligently in practice. Sit on a comfortable cushion, facing the direction of knowledge. Mentally offer offerings, tormas, alcohol, etc., perform the seven-branch offering. Having gathered the support into oneself, from the emptiness meditation of oneself, arise the triangular Dharma source of the Dakini, which is red in color. In the center of it, on the lotus heart of the lotus, from pheṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फें, Romanized Sanskrit: pheṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: phei) arises the Dakini, black in color, naked and great, holding a knife and a skull cup in her two hands, the khatvanga leaning against her body, her two feet playing on a corpse, her left leg extended, comfortably stretched out, her face fierce, the form of a pig, three eyes looking upwards, bared fangs, from her mouth she utters the sound pheṃ pheṃ hari hari (Tibetan, Devanagari: फें फें हरि हरि, Romanized Sanskrit: pheṃ pheṃ hari hari, Literal Chinese meaning: phei phei hari hari), rolling her tongue and speaking very quickly. She makes a necklace of fresh skulls, naked, the lotus dripping with blood, her body radiating the light of the fire of the eon. Thus, having generated the deity Dakini, meditate on the Lama on the crown of the head. Examine the form and meditate with the mind. When the form is well established, bless the sound of the mantra. Extremely gather, gather, and increase, recite the sound like a secret instruction. When you are familiar with the sound, train in non-conceptual mind. The chakra that generates the lower gate is the yoga of the two stages, also known as the two seals. The third ground will be accomplished. Tightly close the mouth of the Rakshasa, the source of Dharma quickly trembles, the swastika spins, pervading the sky, the wise one will surely accomplish it. This is the order of recitation. Then, the intelligent one should write with secret substances on the skull cup of a male and female. A lotus, a wheel with an outer ring. Write "Hari is the earth," and "Raca Hariya." Write the secret mantra, adding āḥ+oṃ hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः+ओं हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ+oṃ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah + Om Hum). Write Vajra Dakini, and Ratna Padma Karma Dakini, circling the outer rings in order. Write hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the edge of the wheel. Then, inside that skull cup, place the Dharma implements, a curved knife, a khatvanga, a skull, a vajra, a jewel, a lotus, a crossed vajra, a sword.
