་ལ།ལུས་ལོགས་སུ་ཉེ་བར་འདུག་ལ། ཉེ་ན་རྒྱབ་ཏུ་ཉེ་སྟེ། བན་དྷ་འདུ་སུ་འཆང་བ་ཕྱུག་བཙན་པར་འོང། མ་ཧཱའ་བ་ལ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་དཔལ་ལྡན་ལྕང་ལོ་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་བཀྲེས་སོ།། པ་ལ་ དཔྱད་ཅེས་བྱ་སྟེ་མཆོག་མའི་རུས་པ་འབུར་འབུར་འདུག།ཟུར་ཟུར་པོར་འདུག་པའི་བན་དྷ་འདི་དགྲ་བསད་ན། ན་ཤ་སྟམ་པ་ཡ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ། སུ་འཆང་བ་མཐུ་ཆེ་སྟེ་ཁྲོ་བོ་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བཟང་ངོ།། ཁ་རྣ་ཧ་ར་ཞེས་བྱ་ སྟེ་རྣ་བའི་རྒྱུད་འཛིན་པའི་སྐྲ་དང་མཉམ་པ་རྣ་བའི་འཇུག་མས་ཁའི་ཐད་ཁར་ཕྱིན་པའི་བན་དྷ་ནི་ཚེ་རིང་ཕྱུག་པར་འོང་ངོ།། ར་སྨི་འབུ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ། ཧརི་ལ་ཕར་ཏེ་རྣ་བའི་ནང་ནས་སྤུ་རིང་པོ་ཡོད་པ་སྐྱེས་པའི་བན་དྷ་དེ ནི་ས་དང་པོ་ནོན་པར་བྱེད་པའི་དང།སྲིད་པ་ལ་དབང་བྱེད་པའི་བདག་པོ་སྟེ། བཀྲ་ཤིས་དཔལ་ལྡན་མཚན་ལྡན་ལྕང་ལོ་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་བཟང་ངོ།། རྣ་བའི་དྲུང་ནས་མཁུར་ཚོས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་རུས་རྒྱུད་མ་ཆད་པར་ འབུར་འབུར་བྲེང་ངེ་འདུག་ན་བཟང་ངོ།། ཧཱུྂ་རི་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་ས་བཅུ་བདུན་ནོན་ཅིང་དབང་རྫོགས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་བན་དྷ་སྟེ་བཟང་ངོ།། ཏ་ཐཱ་གྷ་ཏ་ན་བན་དྷ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་སོ་སུམ་ཅུ་ཡོད་པ་ལྕེ་རིང་བའི་བན་དྷ་དེ་ནི། ས མ་ཡའི་དམ་ཚིག་སྐོངས་པ་ཡིན་པས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྒྲུབ་པའི་བན་དྷ་ཡིན་ཏེ།བདེ་གཤེགས་སྒྲུབ་བྱེད་དཔལ་ལྡན་ལྕང་ལོ་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་བཟང། གཉའ་ན་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་འབྱུང་བྱེད་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཅན་ ཞེས་ཏེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་འབྱུང་བྱེད་དཔལ་ལྡན་ལྕང་ལོ་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་བཟང་ངོ།། མུར་སྟི་འདུ་ཧི་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་སྤྱི་བོ་གཙུག་དྲང་པོར་གཉིས་སྒྲིལ་མར་བྱུང་བ་དེ་ནི། རྒེ་གཙུག་ཀླུ་གཙུག་སྟེ་ཀླུ་ཡིན་པས་ཀླུ་སྒྲུབ་པར་བཟང ངོ།། བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཕུད་ཡུལ་དཔལ་ལྡན་ལྕང་ལོ་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་བཟང། བ་ར་ཧ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་སྤྱི་བོ་གཙུག་ཡོན་ན་བར་ཆད་ཡོང་སྟེ་ངན་ནོ།། བ་ལི་རྨ་ཞེས་ལྷག་པའི་རུས་པ་ཙོག་ཙོག་པོའི་འོག་གནས་གཉའ་བ་ཤུར་པོ གཉིས་ཡོད་ན།གཡའ་ཆུ་བ་བྲེང་བྲེང་འདུག་པ་ལ་སྲིད་པ་དབང་བྱེད་པའི་བན་དྷ་ཡིན་ཏེ། བཙན་ཞིང་ཀུན་ལ་དབང་བྱེད་པའི་བན་དྷ་ལྕང་ལོ་ཀུན་ལ་དབང་བྱེད་བན་དྷ་ལྕང་ལོ་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་བཟང་ངོ།། ཨ་རུ་ཀ་ ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་ལྟག་པའི་སྤུ་དྲང་པོ་བྱི་གཞུག་གམ།སྐྱེག་འཇུག་ལྟར་འདུག་པའི་བན་དྷ་ནི་བློ་རྣོ་བ་ཐོས་པ་འཛིན་པ་འགྲུབ་པ་ཡིན་པས་ལས་རྣམས་འགྲུབ་བྱེད་དཔལ་ལྡན་ལྕང་ལོ་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་བཟང་ ངོ།། ཀེ་ས་སྨི་ལི་འབར་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ་སྐྲ་ལི་བ་ནི་གྱེན་དུ་འཁྱིལ་

啊！身体分开靠近，靠近时背部靠近。持有班达（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）的人会变得富有而强大。名为摩诃巴拉吉祥具德柳叶者，令人饥饿。名为“帕拉 恰”，意为上等女性的骨头突出。如果杀死这个边边角角的班达，名为“那夏斯塔姆帕亚”。持有者强大，适合修忿怒尊。名为“卡纳哈拉”，意为耳朵的血统，与头发一样，耳朵的下端到达嘴巴旁边的班达，会长寿而富有。名为“拉斯米布”，意为“哈日拉 帕尔”，耳朵里长出长毛的班达，是第一个压住土地的人，是统治世界的君主。名为吉祥具德名号柳叶者，很好。从耳朵旁边到脸颊，骨骼血统不断，突出而直立，很好。名为吽（藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）日帕，意为压住十七地并完全掌握权力的班达，很好。名为如来班达，意为拥有三十颗牙齿、舌头长的班达，因为圆满了三昧耶誓言，所以是如来修法的班达。名为善逝修持具德柳叶者，很好。名为“尼亚纳”，意为产生智慧、具有神通者，名为产生智慧具德柳叶者，很好。名为“穆尔斯蒂杜希”，意为头顶正直地双重盘绕，是龙顶、蛇顶，因为是龙，所以适合修龙。名为吉祥圆满具德柳叶者，很好。名为“瓦拉哈”，意为头顶倾斜会有障碍，不好。名为“瓦利玛”，意为多余的骨头蹲伏着，下面有两条颈部凹陷，如果崖水直立，就是统治世界的班达。名为强大且统治一切的班达，柳叶统治一切的班达柳叶者，很好。名为“阿鲁卡”，意为后脑勺的毛发笔直如箭或刷子，这样的班达聪明、博学、成就，因此是成就诸事业的具德柳叶者，很好。名为“凯萨斯米利巴尔”，意为卷曲的头发向上盘绕。

Named Mahabala Auspicious Glorious Willow-leaved One, causing hunger. Named "Para Cha," meaning the bones of a superior woman are protruding. If this corner-to-corner bandha is killed, it is called "Nasha Stampa Ya." The holder is powerful and suitable for practicing wrathful deities. Named "Kana Hara," meaning the lineage of the ear, like hair, the lower end of the ear reaches the side of the mouth, this bandha will be long-lived and wealthy. Named "Rasmi Bu," meaning "Harila Par," the bandha with long hair growing from the ear is the first to press down on the earth and is the lord who rules the world. Named Auspicious Glorious Named Willow-leaved One, it is good. From the side of the ear to the cheek, the bone lineage is continuous, protruding and upright, it is good. Named Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum）Ripa, meaning the bandha that presses down on the seventeen grounds and completely masters power, it is good. Named Tathagata Bandha, meaning the bandha with thirty teeth and a long tongue, because it has fulfilled the Samaya vows, it is the bandha for practicing the Tathagata. Named Sugata Practitioner Glorious Willow-leaved One, it is good. Named "Mursti Duhi," meaning the crown of the head is upright and doubly coiled, it is the dragon crown, the serpent crown, because it is a dragon, it is suitable for practicing the dragon. Named Auspicious Perfect Glorious Willow-leaved One, it is good. Named "Varaha," meaning if the crown of the head is tilted, there will be obstacles, it is not good. Named "Valima," meaning the extra bones are squatting, and there are two cervical depressions below. If the cliff water is upright, it is the bandha that rules the world. Named Powerful and Ruling All Bandha, Willow-leaved Ruling All Bandha Willow-leaved One, it is good. Named "Aruka," meaning the hair on the back of the head is straight like an arrow or a brush, such a bandha is intelligent, learned, and accomplished, therefore it is the Glorious Willow-leaved One who accomplishes all deeds, it is good.
