擾亂則不善生起，護法擾亂且不燒毀政事，因此極秘密鄭重嚴謹地做。應交付的具器者，交付於五部空行母等。具明智空行您等，交付於觀世音之殊勝化身，蓮花顱鬘力。彼亦囑咐為珍寶之伏藏。何時末世之時，眾生煩惱任其行，入佛門者雖多然修世間八法，大瑜伽士捨棄禪修實修，所有善知識皆作偽善，秘密真言於街市宣說任其行，名稱三藏亦於法，十善六度等，五道十地無有修行者，充滿我執分別之時，有為士夫具業者，知曉因果佛法精通學問者，大慧具慧慧明者，文殊自身之殊勝化身，行持大乘阿底之義者，無上帝洛巴之主，此教交付於彼，薩瑪雅。（梵文，天城体，罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 彼亦將具足五種義精華者，次第交付於殊勝之子等。如是說。其後大母自身融入法身無生之虛空界，無所緣而隱沒，五部智慧空行母亦歡喜，眷屬等亦讚歎，獲得四灌頂，眷屬等圓滿一切功德後，再次投入從根拔除輪迴，安置眾生於成熟解脫。一切乘之究竟，稀有心要之教法，空行母密滴明朗燃燒日光秘密續中，百六十六品中，四灌頂品名為秘密真言要續之末尾，交付圓滿之品，即第二十四品。薩瑪雅。（梵文，天城体，罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ། （藏文） གཏེར་རྒྱ། （藏文） སྦས་རྒྱ། （藏文） ཟབ་རྒྱ། （藏文） དམ་རྒྱ། （藏文） 厲害守護黑劊子手與，曜魔毒刃燃燒者，誓句者金剛善三者，請作此教之守護者，請能守護。

Disturbance will cause negativity to arise. Disturbing the Dharma protectors will not burn down the government. Therefore, keep it extremely secret and strictly confidential. The worthy vessel to entrust it to is the five classes of dakinis. You, the dakinis with wisdom and skill, entrust it to the supreme emanation of Avalokiteśvara, Padmā Thötreng Tsal. He will also instruct it as a precious treasure. When the end of times comes, sentient beings will indulge in their afflictions. Although many enter the Dharma, they practice the eight worldly dharmas. Great meditators abandon meditation and practice. All spiritual teachers engage in false pretenses. Secret mantras are openly proclaimed in the marketplace, and people indulge in them freely. Even the three divisions of characteristics are applied to the Dharma. There are no practitioners of the ten virtues, the six perfections, the five paths, and the ten bhumis. At a time when people are filled with egoistic thoughts, an accomplished person with karmic connections, who knows the law of cause and effect, is skilled in the arts and sciences, has great intelligence, wisdom, and clarity, is the supreme emanation of Mañjuśrī himself, and practices the meaning of the Great Vehicle Ati, to the lord of unsurpassed Tilopa, entrust this command, Samaya. He will gradually entrust it to the supreme sons who possess the essence of the five meanings. Thus it was said. Then, the Great Mother herself dissolved into the unborn dharmakaya space, disappearing without any object of focus. The five classes of wisdom dakinis also rejoiced, and the retinues also praised her. Having obtained the four empowerments and perfected all the qualities, the retinues once again engaged in uprooting samsara from its depths, placing sentient beings in maturation and liberation. The ultimate of all vehicles, the extraordinary heart essence teachings, from the Secret Lineage of the Dakini's Secret Drop, the Clear and Blazing Sun, from the hundred and sixty-sixth chapter, the chapter on the four empowerments, the end of the Secret Mantra Essential Lineage, the chapter on the complete entrustment, which is the twenty-fourth chapter.
