Liberation! All attachments are completely liberated. This is the power of the Bodhicitta. Know that everything is infused into the Vajrakila. The great hero, having subdued and utterly liberated, joyfully manifests, satisfying all eaters. Kha Kha Kha! Ha Ha Ha! Kharam Kha Hi! (Tibetan: ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི།) (Sanskrit Devanagari: खरं खा हि) (Sanskrit Romanization: Kharam Kha Hi) (Literal Chinese meaning: Kharam Kha Hi) This is praised through the inconceivable activity. Wrathful King, Terrifying Vajrakila! (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ།) (Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र कीलाय) (Sanskrit Romanization: Vajra Kīlāya) (Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra Kila) Destroying suffering, the knot of the crown of the head, liberating all beings of the three realms into the Dharmadhatu. Increasing splendor in the unborn and spontaneously accomplished. The knot at the waist, the six corners representing the six wisdoms. Adorned with the mouth of Makara and a garland of snakes. The unmade, spontaneously accomplished palace, increasing splendor in the womb of the mother of the elements. The four corners, four sides, the eight wrathful mothers, liberate the collection of the eight consciousnesses into the eight great charnel grounds. Also liberating the eight sufferings into their places, increasing splendor in the sixteen playful messengers. The three-cornered peak, the nature of body, speech, and mind. Destroying the prison of the three poisons of samsara. Thoroughly purifying the habitual tendencies of body, speech, and mind, increasing the splendor that suppresses the three realms. The unmade, spontaneously accomplished Vajrakila. Subduing arrogance with peace, overwhelming with increase. Manifesting with power, annihilating with wrath. Whatever enemy is targeted is destroyed. Please, Vajrakila, accept the offerings! Thus it was said. From the King of Tantras, Vajra Garland, the fifteenth chapter on blessings, empowerments, and praises. Then, the Bhagavan, the King of Vajrakila, spoke again: Listen, secret lord Vajrapani. On the supreme substance of liberation, with a substance possessing the power of dependent arising, if applied, it will be completely destroyed. Therefore, anointing, fumigating, and striking, these three, I have spoken of in the scriptures. Thus it was said. Then, the King of Praises specifically stated: God of the radiant wheel Vajrakila, naked and red, with matted hair. All are great wrathful ones, with three faces and six arms. Hair of swords, teeth of kila. The garments above the navel are filled with heavenly clothes and vajra armor. The garments below the navel are like the color of blue lotuses, entwined with garlands of flames.

Om! The iron three-edged dagger, if planted, even the gods will fall, what need to mention harmful obstructors? Kīlaya māraya phaṭ. Praising through the doors of anointing, incense, and striking. Then again, the Bhagavan, the Lord of Kīlaya, adorned with the forms of all Buddhas, having become the minister of all Lords of Speech, having become the grandfather of the Bodhisattvas, having become the physician of all sentient beings, to that one, the assembled retinue, with one voice, praised with one melody: To the form of a body without pain, with charnel ground attire or marks, to you, the hero of the body, I prostrate and praise to you, who tames the body. With unspoken sound, all utterances are a collection of mantras, Ha, He, Bhyo, and Dza, Ḍhi and Āḥ Hūṃ, whatever is spoken, I prostrate and praise to you, who tames speech. There is not one thing not thought of by the mind, knowing the distinction between phenomena and the nature of reality, the dust of mountains and the drops of the ocean, knowing nirvana, I prostrate to you. Having thus prayed, looking at the retinue, without saying anything, he disappeared into the state of body, speech, and mind. Then Vajrapani prayed: We, the assembled retinue, shall hold this spoken by Kīlaya, we shall perform all offerings and so forth, we shall benefit the future. Having done so, all untimely fears and sentient beings will be separated. Having thus spoken, the retinue also disappeared. In the King of Tantras, the Vajramala Tantra, the extremely victorious discernment, the explanation and the oral instructions of the explanation, among the common and uncommon, also the uncommon, among the special and non-special, also the special, the holy great secret Tantra called the Vajramala, the sixteenth chapter of the extremely victorious discernment. Completed. Translated by the Indian Abbot Jñānagarbha and the Tibetan translator, the monk Vairochana, later established by the new translation.
