It is called "The King of Tantras, Glorious Illuminator of the World." In Sanskrit: Śrīlokadīpanāmatantrarāja. In Tibetan: The King of Tantras, Glorious Illuminator of the World. Homage to the Glorious Vajrakumara! Thus I have heard, at one time, the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha, possessor of all-knowing wisdom, resided in the wrathful king, the glorious Kīlaya, together with the wrathful deities of the Vajra Heruka lineage and others, the wrathful mothers of the Vajra Krodhi lineage and others, the wrathful deities of adornment such as Hūṃ-maker, and their mothers, Samantabhadra male and female, the gatekeepers, the eight Gauris, the eight Singhas, the powerful mothers, Vajrapani, Manjushri, Avalokiteshvara, and other Bodhisattvas of fruition, as well as other gods, nagas, garudas, kinnaras, and so on, who dwell on the earth and path, the eight classes of gods and demons, the Bodhisattvas of the retinue, the inconceivable abode of wrathful deities, the vast भग (bhaga) charnel ground, the inconceivable palace, in the place made of the charnel ground, together with the close retinue. Then, fierce wild animals such as tigers, dogs, and jackals, and many charnel ground birds such as eagles and vultures also gathered. They will also gather. He entered into samadhi of body, speech, and mind and slept. Then the retinue asked: O Emaho! The teacher like the Buddha is not elsewhere, but is manifestly abiding as primordially enlightened. Please show the miracle of blessing! In order to generate Bodhicitta, establish vows while abiding in the cause. Accomplishing the benefit of others through the four actions, the body of the accumulation of merit will also appear. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) From this, from the profound wisdom of the mind, the head, hands, feet, and other infinite bodies transformed into the great Kīlaya. Then, from the door of the mind, he instructed the Lord of Secrets, from the door of speech, he explained to Avalokiteshvara, from the door of the body, he showed Manjushri. He also looked at all the other retinue, also smiled, and also emitted light from the raw elephant hide.

Arising. Similarly, light also arose from the lower part of the tiger and so on, and the retinue were all delighted. Then, the Bodhisattva Vajrapani asked: Do all the Tathagatas not smile, look, or laugh without a cause? World Honored One, what is the cause? What is the result? What is the condition? Please, King of Wrathful Ones, speak. Please, Sugata, speak. After asking this, the World Honored One, the glorious King Kīlaya, said: When the time comes, listen! I will speak for the sake of all the retinue and for you, and also for the sake of the future. For example, when a Buddha appears in the world, there is also a need for a cause, a need for a condition, a need for a result. For example, when the Udumbara flower grows in the great ocean, there is also a need for a cause, a need for a condition, a need for a result. For example, when a Chakravartin king appears in the world, there is also a need for a cause, a need for a condition, a need for a result. For example, when crops and grain essence grow in the world, there is also a need for a cause, a need for a condition, a need for a result. Similarly, my smiling also has a cause, it is not without a condition, it is not without a result. Thus he taught. Then, Vajrapani again asked: World Honored One, what is the cause for the appearance of a Buddha in the world? Similarly, what is the cause for the appearance of the Udumbara flower? What is the cause for the appearance of a Chakravartin? Similarly, what is the cause for the appearance of crops and fruits? After asking this, the World Honored One said: What is the cause for sentient beings to become Buddhas in the world? What is the condition? What is the result? Because a teacher appears in the world, there is a cause for the appearance of the Udumbara flower, there is a condition, there is a result. Because there is farming in the world, there is a cause for the growth of crops and fruit essence, there is a condition, there is a result. After saying this, he looked at all the retinue. From the tantra of the secret of body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, which illuminates the world, the chapter of the introduction is the first. Then, the World Honored One specifically spoke
