Through the father and mother, skillful means and wisdom, fiercely stimulate with the generation mantra, it is the complete mandala. Waving with a vajra hook, invite the wisdom mandala. Perform the actions of hooking, entering, and binding, stabilize it, and complete the offerings. Perform praises and begin the recitation. From the Hum at the heart, light radiates, hook the nagas below, and visualize them entering under my feet. This is the heart mantra for recitation: Om Sphoṭaya Sphoṭaya Nāga Dala Phaṭ Nāga Nāga Dundun Hṛdaya Phaṭ. Recite this mantra one hundred thousand times like this, if recited very fiercely, the nagas will be very frightened, and it can be determined that rain will fall. The sign of this is shown as: calling for help in exhaustion, or seeing frogs dried up. After that, it can be applied to activities. Go to the place of a fierce spring, arrange various nagas' tormas. There, mix red cow's milk. Hum. Teacher, I command with my order, the eight great nagas and so on, the six Vasuriks gather here. Visualize summoning them from their respective places. Visualize them gathering in front of me, saying: What should we do? Accept this torma of mine, for the beings tormented by heat, please send down rain. Recite the words of offering. If rain does not fall, then with the karavira whip, destroy the form like ashes, do not disobey. Nāga citta samaya stavaṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，nāga citta samaya stavaṃ，Praise to the Naga Mind Samaya). By hitting the key point with the mantra, rain will definitely fall. If rain is not given, then take cloth from the charnel ground, smear it with self-arisen se'u flowers. Draw a wheel with yellow arsenic. Draw a powerful one in the center of the wheel. One face, two arms, the right hand holding a vajra, the left holding a whip. Recite the mantras and whip the nagas. The mantra on the spokes of the wheel is: First Sphoṭa, last Phaṭ. Like this, with the hundred-syllable mantra.
