The vow of the Padma family is to purify the five poisons with union. The vow of the Karma family is to burn the five poisons with a homa. Combining the five families, transforming the five poisons into medicine. Or it should be understood like this: Form and space are equivalent to the body, Vairochana Buddha parents are the deities of the Tathagata family. Feeling and water and qualities are equivalent to, Ratnasambhava Buddha parents are the deities of the Ratna family. Consciousness is fire and speech are equivalent to, Amitabha Buddha parents are the deities of the Padma family. Action is wind and activity are equivalent to, Amoghasiddhi Buddha parents are the deities of the Karma family. Cognition is earth and mind are equivalent to, Akshobhya Buddha parents are the deities of the Vajra family. Furthermore, what should be protected is, the root is body, speech, and mind, not abandoning and accepting, and the fifteen vows of practice. That is, Maha Samaya, the fourth complete Samantabhadra. If you understand the oral instructions of Kuntu Zangpo, all vows are fulfilled in that, there is nothing that is not protected. Thus it is said. From the Great Accomplishment Near Heart Essence Tantra, the fourteenth chapter, the chapter on vows.
