心地柔和无有虚伪，因此应当受持此续。聪慧且知识明晰，考察且行为不错谬，因此应当受持此续。能承受、能持久、心胸宽广，去除懈怠、障碍、过失，因此应当受持此续。行为没有阻碍执着，誓言守护没有取舍，因此应当受持此续。听闻且精进修持，不被散乱所左右，因此应当受持此续。能忍受自负、财富，能忍受责骂，不损害一切而守护规矩，因此应当完全受持此续。不随意传授于无传承之人，深究上师智慧的精髓，因此应当受持此续。不固执己见强词夺理，考察且勤奋于各种事业，因此应当完全受持此续。恒常不离药物，秘密携带物品和工具，因此应当完全受持此续。以信心不生厌倦，不因厌倦的因缘而动摇，因此应当完全受持此续。获得五种灌顶许可，通晓领悟知识广博，因此应当完全受持此续。考察则有上师的教言，修持则有能力的力量，因此应当受持此续。《甘露海》中，关于应当完全受持续部的章节，第十九。向导师普贤王如来请教，请问不具备法器者是否不能受持？普贤王如来开示说：不具备法器者，将诀窍当作商品贩卖，以及贩卖经书，以及随便泄露诀窍，以及对见解没有把握，以及行为没有约束，以及修持的基础没有建立，以及争吵，以及做屠夫，以及自高自大，以及我慢，以及炫耀卖弄，即使持有此续，也如同母狮的乳汁一般，自毁他亡，心碎，麻风病和疾病的劫难产生，果报将生于无间地狱。因此要保密，隐藏于心之宝藏中，将三坛城的明点融为一体。在《甘露海》中，关于对非法器者保密的章节，第二十。《甘露海续》如是说

A mind that is gentle, without deceit or pretense, therefore, one should uphold this tantra. Intelligent and with clear knowledge, examining and acting without error, therefore, one should uphold this tantra. Able to endure, able to persevere, with a broad mind, eliminating laziness, obstacles, and faults, therefore, one should uphold this tantra. Conduct without hindrance or attachment, vows kept without acceptance or rejection, therefore, one should uphold this tantra. Listening and diligently practicing, not being swayed by distractions, therefore, one should uphold this tantra. Able to bear self-importance and wealth, able to endure reproaches, protecting the rules without harming all, therefore, one should fully uphold this tantra. Not giving it casually to those without lineage, delving into the depths of the teacher's wisdom, therefore, one should uphold this tantra. Not being stubborn or argumentative, examining and diligently engaging in various activities, therefore, one should fully uphold this tantra. Always inseparable from medicine, secretly carrying items and tools, therefore, one should fully uphold this tantra. Not becoming weary with faith, not wavering due to causes of weariness, therefore, one should fully uphold this tantra. Having received the five empowerments and permissions, understanding and knowledge being vast and comprehensive, therefore, one should fully uphold this tantra. If examined, there is the teacher's instruction, if practiced, there is the power of ability, therefore, one should uphold this tantra. From the Ocean of Amrita, the nineteenth chapter on how to fully uphold the tantra. Asked the Teacher Samantabhadra, asking if those who do not possess the vessel are not allowed to hold it? Samantabhadra replied: Those who do not possess the vessel, who sell the instructions as merchandise, and who sell religious books, and who speak the instructions carelessly, and who have no confidence in the view, and whose conduct is not restrained, and whose foundation of practice is not established, and who quarrel, and who act as butchers, and who are arrogant, and who are conceited, and who show off and boast, even if they hold this tantra, it is like the milk of a lioness, destroying oneself and others, breaking the heart, causing leprosy and the eon of diseases to arise, the result will be born in the Avici hell. Therefore, keep it secret, hide it in the treasure of the mind, and merge the bindus of the three mandalas into one. In the Ocean of Amrita, the twentieth chapter on keeping it secret from those who are not vessels. Thus concludes the Tantra called Ocean of Amrita.
