The Tantra of Great Blissful Nectar. In Sanskrit: Amrita Mahasukha Tantra Nama. In Tibetan: The Tantra of Great Blissful Nectar. Homage to the Bhagavan, the glorious Samantabhadra. Thus have I heard at one time: The Bhagavan, the embodiment of the indivisible Vajra of body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, the qualities and activities without exception, inseparable from the suchness of sentient beings of the three realms, thus the Vajra of body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas, in the bhaga of the Vajra-essence consort, the great bliss-emptiness inseparable from the women of the three realms, abiding perfectly in the great play of co-emergent wisdom. The Sugatas of the five families, sons of that very one, together with their consorts, and the sons of those, the inner and outer Bodhisattvas, endowed with fathers and mothers, and the emanation bodies, the six great Thubpas who became the teachers who tame the six classes of the three realms, also displaying the deeds of the eight great stupas, and the wrathful ones who tame the wicked, together with their consorts, were also present. The Buddhas, lands, Bodhisattvas, vidyadharas, emanations, wrathful ones, and vidyas, all of them, the great essence of the nine constituents of the body combined, the great nectar, more secret than the secret, exceedingly secret and wondrous, more essential than the essence, to the poisonous ones of the cycle of existence, the protector Nirvana bestows the essence of wisdom, the constituents of the body are practiced as being non-different from the intention of the great nectar. Then the Bhagavan, the glorious Samantabhadra, the perfectly complete Buddha, the glorious one pervading great bliss, performed the miracle of samadhi, abiding in the samadhi of the king of samadhis, the lion's majestic posture. Performing the miracle of magical power: the magical power of purifying the place and the magical power of blessing. Performing the miracle of bestowing the Dharma: gathering the assembly and urging the manifestation of all the Dharmas. Then, from within the assembly, Vajra Dharma, approaching the Bhagavan with the gait of a lion, placed his feet on the crown of his head, gazed with the gaze of an elephant, and asked:
