不守护誓言， 内心诽谤且追逐财物。 以守护众生而自诩者， 无论如何也无法胜过、无法阻挡的， 此地大种风之轮， 以大胜大，以大种摧毁大种。 譬如大水泛滥， 譬如劫末大火燃烧， 譬如业之黑风搅动。 腹中怀有毒液的蛇进入， 交合则生于无间地狱。 对于心怀教法之义的， 少数具缘者， 将此续部交付并严加封印。 《黑风搅动续》中，讲述续之伟大的第十四品完毕。 摧毁法轮教法， 轻蔑上师且伤害瑜伽士， 无论如何都向我诬陷， 那时就做此事。 风是成办一切事业者， 是诸大种的奴仆而运转。 修行力量衰弱， 国王无法执行王法， 诽谤修习正法者， 阻碍恶人增多， 末世众生为业所驱使。 那时以此事业为念， 何时需要何时使用即可。 譬如战场上的利剑。 此有四大要点： 无法击中、不可能的要点， 从行事业金刚之眼中生出。 将柔和转变为粗暴的要点， 放出粗暴之物的脉轮。 对自己不返回的要点， 脉轮在头顶上，向上师呼唤三遍。 引导迅速且快速的要点， 将地方神鬼投入事业。 务必深刻地铭刻于心。 此护教大续国王， 作为守护教法的保障。 《黑风搅动续》中，四大要点之第十五品完毕。 《黑风搅动》劫末分割所需的一切工具圆满完毕。 印度语。
