Protect the childless family's livestock. On that, on cloth or tree bark, draw a wheel with eight spokes and a rim, depicting a blazing fire mountain vajra. In the circumference of the outer rim, write that King of Mantras: ka kha ga gha nga. tsa tsha dza dzha nya. ta tha da dha na. ta tha da dha na. pa pha ba bha ma. ya ra la wa. sha sha sa ha ksha. Inside the wheel, write the three mantras of body, speech, and mind separately. From the Tantra of the Confused Arising Black Wind, the Ninth Chapter, the Chapter on Protection, is complete. Then, the Wrathful Yama King, and the black-haired Rakshasi, together with the gods and demons of the arising assembly, in the degenerate age of the future, when sentient beings with wrong views destroy the sacred Dharma, with the wheel of the arising wind, quickly kill the enemies who break their vows, be companions to those who keep their vows, accomplish the activities of the mantra holders, and actually bring forth the intended action. All the gods and demons who do not act in this way, you, the King of Wrath, smash their heads with the blazing vajra. Thus, the Tantra of the Confused Black Wind, is entrusted to you, the King of Wrath. Please be victorious, Samaya. If the Dharma is destroyed, then act, Ya. Arising Black Wind.
