That great palace existing in this way is the place where the glorious Self-Arisen Queen resides. In the outer layer of the palace, in the ocean of blood, is the place where the emanation mother dakinis reside. In the outer layer of skulls or the iron city, is the place where demons, rakshasas, and Yama reside. Finally, inside the black iron fence, surrounded by the eight great charnel grounds, are filled with the lords of the charnel grounds, the guardians of the directions, pretas, and various corpses that are rotten, decayed, and greenish, tigers, leopards, and various wild beasts, vultures, corpse birds, and various birds, trees, and various other things that exist in the same way. The karma dakinis who eat flesh and drink blood, and the abodes of the ging, langka, male and female yakshas. Furthermore, in the charnel ground continent, there are gatherings of mother dakinis, belonging to the great glorious sky, which are inconceivable. All of these reside together with their retinues and means. On the outer layer of that charnel ground palace, it is surrounded by blazing charnel ground fire. The symbol of the unchanging and indestructible nature of reality, the vajra fence is uninterrupted in all directions. Such a burning palace is a symbol of the spontaneous accomplishment of the four activities. In the triangular palace, in the great bliss of space, sitting majestically on a seat of corpses in the charnel ground. A black-skinned woman, possessing a beautiful appearance. Gatherings of white, yellow, red, and black women. Not others, but dwelling surrounded by retinues. In order to explain your doubts in detail, the emanation of Vajrapani, the goddess who brings bliss. Not others, but possessing weapons of curse.
