།འཇིགས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཧཱུཾ༷་བསྒྲགས་པའི། །ཚམ་ངམ་ལེགས་པར་བཤད་པ་ནི། །མཛེས་པའི་ཁྲོ་བོས་གནོན་པའོ། །བཙན་ཐབས་སུ་ནི་བསྐོར་བར་བྱ། །རྐང་པོ་གཡས་པ་བཙུགས་ཏེ་མནན། །ལག་པ་གཉིས་ཀ་དྲག་རྡོབ་པ། །བྱས་ནས་འཇིགས་པར་བྱ་བ་ནི། །དེ་བཞིན་སྙེམས་དང་བཅས་བཤད་པ། །ཚམ་ངམ་བདག་ཉིད་ཆེན་པོ་འདི། །འཇིགས་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ། །རྟག་ཏུ་ཁྲོ་བོ་བསྒོམ་པའོ། །རྐང་པ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་ཏེ་འདུག །གཡས་པ་ཅུང་ཟད་མཐོ་བར་བྱ། །དཔལ་དང་ལྡན་པས་གཡོན་པ་སྨད། །གཡོན་པ་སོར་མོ་གཅིག་གིས་བསྡིགས། །དཔུང་པ་བཏེག་སྟེ་བེ་ཅོན་འཕྱར། །རྐང་པ་དང་ནི་གདོང་བསྒྱུར་བ། །རྟག་ཏུ་ཁྲོ་བོ་བསྒོམ་པ་ནི། །ཀི་ལི་ཀི་ལ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །ཀི་ལི་ཀི་ལ་ཆེན་པོ་ནི། །དེ་ཉིད་ལས་ནི་རྒྱབ་ཏུ་བལྟ། ཁྲོ་བོ་མིག་ནི་ཡ་གཅིག་བཙུམས། །མྱུར་དུ་མཆོད་སྟབས་བྱེད་པའོ། །འདི་ནི་ཚམ་ངམ་་ར་བ་ ། །ཧེ་ལའི་འཁོར་ལོ་རྩིབས་རིམ་ལས། །མདོར་ན་ཇི་ལྟར་དགོད་པ་དག །ལེགས་པར་བཤད་པ་འདི་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཧེ་ལའི་འཁོར་ལེའི་མཐུ་སྔགས་དང་། །ཚམ་ངམ་གཡས་ཀྱི་མཐུ་784དགའ་ཡིས། །ལས་རྣམས་རབ་ཏུ་ཀ་མཚར་བ། །ཇི་སྐད་གསུངས་པའི་ལས་རྣམས་བྱའོ། །བསྒྲུབ་པ་དེ་དག་གསང་རྒྱུད་དང་། །ཧེ་ལའི་འཁོར་ལོ་འདི་ཤེས་ན། ཁྲོ་བོ་དངོས་དང་གཅིག་འགྱུར་བས། ཁྲོ་བོའི་སྐད་དུ་སྤྱོད་པར་འགྱུར། །རྟོག་པ་འདི་ནི་གསང་བར་བཅས། །གསང་བའི་སྙིང་པོའི་མཆོག་ཏུ་བཤད། །ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་རྟོག་འདི་ལས། །མཆོག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པ་གཞན་མེད་དོ། ཁྲོ་བོ་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བ་ལས། །རྟོག་པ་ཕྱི་མའི་ཕྱི་མ་འདི། །རབ་ཏུ་གསང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། །ཐོས་ནས་གསང་བའི་དོན་བསྒོམས་པས། །ལྷ་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡི་རངས་ནས། ཁྲོ་བོ་མཆོག་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ། །རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་བའི་མཆོག་ཏུ་འགྱུར། །གསང་བའི་རྟོག་པར་གཏོགས་པ་ལྔ་པ་སྟེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འཇམ་དཔལ་གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་པོ་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བའི་རིམ་པར་ཕྱེ་བ་སྟེ་ཉི་ཤུ་ཀ་གཉིས་པའོ།། །།ཁྲོ་བོ་ཁམས་གསུམ་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བའི་རྟོག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གསང་བའི་རྒྱུད་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།

发出令人恐惧的吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ༷，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）声， 恰姆昂（一种舞蹈姿势）的良好阐释是， 被美丽的忿怒尊压制。 以强力进行环绕， 右脚立定并压制。 双手猛烈拍击， 做出令人恐惧的行为是， 如是带着傲慢进行阐述。 此恰姆昂大自在， 被称为令人恐惧者， 恒常观修忿怒尊。 双脚并齐站立， 右脚稍微抬高， 具光辉者使左脚低下， 左手一指指吓。 手臂抬起，挥舞短棒， 转动脚步和面容， 恒常观修忿怒尊是， 名为基利基拉。 伟大的基利基拉是， 从那处向后看。 忿怒尊一只眼睛闭合， 迅速做出供养姿势。 这是恰姆昂的围墙， 从黑汝嘎轮的轮辐中， 简而言之，如何欢笑， 这就是良好的阐释。 黑汝嘎轮的威力咒语， 以及恰姆昂右方的威力784喜悦， 诸事业极其奇妙， 如所说般行持诸事业。 如果知晓那些修持的秘密续部， 以及黑汝嘎轮， 则与忿怒尊真实无异， 将使用忿怒尊的语言。 此分别念以秘密为伴， 被阐述为秘密心髓之最胜。 从此忿怒尊王之分别念中， 没有比这更殊胜的了。 从忿怒尊遍胜中， 此后之后的分别念， 被称为极秘密， 听闻后修习秘密之义， 彼诸天皆欢喜， 向至尊忿怒尊顶礼， 将成为极喜之最胜。 秘密分别念所摄第五品，即于薄伽梵文殊阎魔敌随喜之次第分别，即第二十二品。 忿怒尊三界遍胜之分别念王秘密续圆满。

Forcefully, it is to be circled around, Planting the right foot and suppressing. Both hands clapping violently, Having done the terrifying act is, Likewise, explained with pride. This Chamngam, the great self, Is called the Terrifier, Constantly meditating on the Wrathful One. Standing with feet together, The right foot slightly raised, The glorious one lowers the left foot, The left hand threatens with one finger. Raising the arm and brandishing the club, Turning the foot and the face, Constantly meditating on the Wrathful One is, Called Kili Kila. The great Kili Kila is, Looking back from that very place. The Wrathful One closes one eye, Quickly making the offering gesture. This is the enclosure of Chamngam, From the spokes of the Hevajra wheel, In short, how to laugh, This is the well-explained teaching. The powerful mantra of the Hevajra wheel, And the power of Chamngam on the right, 784 joys, The activities are extremely wonderful, Perform the activities as spoken. If one knows those accomplished secret tantras, And this Hevajra wheel, Then one becomes one with the actual Wrathful One, And will speak in the language of the Wrathful One. This concept is accompanied by secrecy, And is explained as the supreme essence of secrecy. From this concept of the Wrathful King, There is nothing more supreme. From the All-Victorious Wrathful One, This concept, the last of the last, Is called extremely secret, Having heard it, meditating on the meaning of secrecy, All those deities rejoice, Prostrating to the supreme Wrathful One, One will become the supreme of great joy. The fifth chapter belonging to the Secret Contemplation, namely, the division of the order of rejoicing after the Blessed One Manjushri Yamantaka, that is, the twenty-second chapter. The Secret Tantra of the King of Contemplations, the All-Victorious Wrathful One of the Three Realms, is complete.
