Hā! Entrusting with the mantra and rhythm of 'Char ka. Together with rotten meat, rotten fish, and blood. Mix it in a Gleditsia sinensis thorn and offer it. Even dragons can be employed in the depths of the ocean. Rāhula jvā ba ti hūṃ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Furthermore, one should diligently practice the heart mantra. Subjugation and severance, without any hindrance. What need is there to speak of the act of killing? Especially praised is the act of averting. From the Three-Faced Tantra, the seventeenth chapter, the Conclusion of the Nāgas. Hūṃ! Unceasing, the place of spontaneous accomplishment. Lord of all the three thousand worlds. The path of all heavens and hells. Black 'Char ka, please descend. All the worldly mothers. Rely on a part of your body. Mothers and their retinues, please descend. The arrogant hosts of demons. Rely on a part of your wrath. Yama and his retinue, please descend. All the executors of Yama's actions. Rely on a part of your pride. The lords of life and their retinues, please descend. The father is a demon, the mother is a nāga. Nāgas, demons, arrogant, mighty ones. Great Black One, please descend. The seven mothers who dwell in the sky. From the direction above, perform the work. The seven mothers from the right direction. The seven Yamas from the left direction. The seven black corpses in the charnel ground. The seven Rakshasa women who dwell in the world. The seven black Monpa who obey orders. Black Bonpos, black Bonpos, possessors of magical powers. Zhang-zhung ministers, mighty Monpas. Planets and stars, hosts of nāgas. Mothers, dakinis, servants, and maids. Your obedient ones, possessors of magical powers. Mighty ones who subdue. Arrogant males and females, earth lords, hosts of nāgas. Subdue those who have declined through magical arrogance. Without hindrance, quickly descend to this place. Accomplish the entrusted task. Wherever you are sent, the matter will not be small. The time has come to subdue the fallen. From the Three-Faced Tantra, the eighteenth chapter, the Encouragement of Messengers. For the sake of protecting the Buddha's teachings. For the sake of subduing demons and heretics. The yogi who possesses fierce actions. Should accomplish it with fierce power. I, for the sake of protecting the Buddha's teachings. Having spoken this, may the yogis be utterly satisfied.
