这是国王的上师范本。宝藏印。封印印。委托印。印印印。印度语：苏嘎达萨瓦噶玛萨玛匝吉拉雅穆拉怛特罗纳玛。藏语：一切善逝事业集合金刚橛根本续。顶礼薄伽梵如来，一切事业无碍圆满，一切忿怒尊之大王。如是我闻，一时，在色究竟天密严刹土，广大事业种种示现之大尸陀林，猛烈摇动，剧烈震动之绿黑色火焰风中，由嫉妒之智慧所成之大宫殿中，薄伽梵一切如来事业之大金刚萨埵，化现为童子之身，度化三界，与法界大母轮圆具母无二之大乐中，平等欢喜安住。降伏炽燃猛烈事业之眷属如下：诸善逝之殊胜子，佛金刚橛，宝金刚橛，莲花金刚橛，业金刚橛，一切善逝之业之国王吽嘎惹（藏文：ཧཱུྂ་ཀཱ་ར་，梵文天城体：हुम्कारा，梵文罗马拟音：humkara，汉语字面意思：吽声），尊胜，青杖，阎罗死主，不动，马头明王，无能胜，甘露漩，三界尊胜，大威力者，以及其他嬉戏之大母音生母，慢母，爪母，尸陀林之主母，杵孔母，暴怒母，箭慢母，风生母，杀戮母，行母，所有这些化身，化身之化身，化身之使者，使者之使者等，于前方侍奉围绕。此外，凡夫俗子，声闻，独觉之士，以及于无数劫中行持修习，发愿精进苦行之菩萨众。

In the Akanistha realm, in the sphere of the supreme secret, in the great charnel ground where vast activities are displayed, in the great palace made of the wisdom of jealousy, in the midst of the blazing green-black wind that intensely shakes and agitates, the Bhagavan, the great Vajrasattva of all the activities of all the Tathagatas, appearing as a youth, liberating the three realms, dwells equally and joyfully in the great bliss inseparable from the great mother of the sphere, the complete wheel. This is the retinue that perfectly accomplishes the fierce and blazing activities of subjugation: The supreme sons of the Sugatas, Buddha Kilaya, Ratna Kilaya, Padma Kilaya, Karma Kilaya, and Humkara (藏文：ཧཱུྂ་ཀཱ་ར་，梵文天城体：हुम्कारा，梵文罗马拟音：humkara，汉语字面意思：Hum sound), the king of the activities of all the Sugatas, and Vijaya, Blue Staff, Yama Death Lord, Immovable, Hayagriva, Invincible, Nectar Swirl, Victorious Over the Three Realms, the Greatly Powerful One, and also the great playful mothers, Sound-emitting Mother, Proud Mother, Claw Mother, Mistress of the Charnel Ground, Mortar Hole Mother, Great Fierce Mother, Arrow-Proud Mother, Wind-emitting Mother, Killing Mother, Acting Mother, all these emanations, emanations of emanations, messengers of emanations, messengers of messengers, and so forth, attend and surround him in front. Furthermore, ordinary children, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas who strive in asceticism, aspiring to traverse and train for countless eons.
