Bhyo! Darkness is soaked in blood, violently striking Bhyo! The black heart pierces through, making kaka, yana yana sounds. Reciting "Gar bhanih hum dza dza biti stwambhayanana," it will harm and repel the swift messenger himself. Then, this method of suppressing the power and ability of a capable mantra practitioner was taught. Take his excrement, make a likeness of him, and write his name and surname. Take out his tongue and heart, and write the mantra on the tongue. Insert a four-finger-long phurba (ritual dagger) into the tongue. Place it in the heart of dark ignorance and press it down with a three-tiered stupa. This should also be done when the black moon itself enters the tomb. Or on Thursday, or on the day of the Hasta (hand) constellation. By doing this, all the mantras he recites will turn into two six-spoked golden wheels, nailed to the tongue with iron nails, passing through the hollow Mount Meru, and imagine it as unchangeable. The evil mantra is: "Aye myaks ya ngubs mugs shag ka dun." "Amuka nying dun na." "Pri du nan." "Tsitta nan." "Dza du nan yang nying gzir sbur nan." "Kaya bag tsitta badzra ti sta." "Mantra bhitam stwambhayanana." Recite this. Sores and swellings will often appear on the mouth and tongue. After completing one million or three million recitations of this mantra, suppress it.
