I, how should I explain and teach? I will never abandon it with reverence. After saying this, the Teacher said: For those who are difficult to purify in kalpas, for those who possess steadfast wisdom, explain the direct meaning as the definitive meaning. Not like that, there are six kinds of intentions and non-intentions. The tantra of the meaning of secret mantras should be explained, and the yidam itself should be firmly grasped. For those who do not possess such conditions and have no merit, if blessed by swaying and distraction, then the heroes and heroines of the charnel ground, gathering together, eat flesh and take lives. After saying this, all the retinue gathered there manifested the meaning of great bliss and remained in the state of spontaneous accomplishment, inseparable from the three bodies. When that intention was manifested, all the Bodhisattvas rejoiced after the Bhagavan. The Bhagavan himself, body, speech, and mind, remained in the adornment of dense spontaneous accomplishment. From the Tantra of the Great Assembly of Power, the twenty-fourth chapter, the chapter of Rejoicing, is completed. The King of Tantras, the Great Assembly of Power, is complete. Translated and established by the Indian Abbot Pandit Padmasambhava, and the Tibetan translator Ba Sangshi Ta, Ngon Lam Gyalwa Chokyang, and Jokro.
