The King of Tantras, the Collection of the Essence of the Hearts of All Gurus, Yidams, and Dakinis, called "The Stacked Lotus." In Sanskrit: GURU DHIVA ḌĀKINĪ SARVA CITTA AMṚTAUGHA TANTRA RĀJA PADMA KUṬA NĀMA. In Tibetan: The King of Tantras, the Collection of the Essence of the Hearts of All Gurus, Yidams, and Dakinis, called "The Stacked Lotus." Homage to the Bhagavan, the spontaneously arisen deity of great bliss, immeasurable glory. At one time when this was taught, white, yellow, red, and green were intensely mixed, in the center of a burning plowshare and crescent moon, in a multi-colored light chamber, having clearly seen the three times, the waves of birth, old age, sickness, and death churned, unbearable agitation intensely urged, at the time of compassion expanding, contracting, and radiating, the primordial first spontaneously accomplished, freely controlling various activities, spreading the net of miraculous powers in the ten directions, the indivisibility of the three existences, one and many in nature, the Bodhicitta pervading all, form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and dharmas, together with objects, possessing ornaments and attire, to the assembly of Vajra and Lotus, opening the womb of existence and egg, subduing the five, perfecting the six, possessing the three, gathering the two, arising from meaning, liberated from the two, perfecting the four, establishing the ultimate, the spontaneously arisen emanated retinues of Vajra Dharma and so on, asked the Bhagavan thus: Alas, alas, teacher, immutable light, what are the characteristics of the place of practice, and what kind of person in that place, what is the Dharma to be practiced, to which guru should that Dharma be asked, upon what kind of practice substance should one rely, who is the friend in practice, what is the time and date, the mandala deity, mantra, signs, measurements, and how is the activity of reversal, the ripening empowerment and samaya, the liberating instructions and introduction, its view, meditation, conduct, and result, the secret instructions of the path of desire, etc., thus, of all generation and completion, the ultimate result, the philosophical system, and how is the cutting of the grounds and paths, the time of possessing the result, please bestow your speech. At the time when the retinue asked thus, the Bhagavan, immeasurable and infinite, spoke these various miracles to the spontaneously arisen emanated retinues. Near the great river of Shol (Lhasa River). Free from servants, demons, thieves, and robbers. Warm, blessed, the lineage of Dakinis. Complete with whatever desirable wealth and enjoyment are needed. The sky and earth are white and round, peaceful. The four corners are yellow, indeed prosperous. Red is the crescent moon, for power. Dark black is the triangle, the place of wrath. Whatever is appropriate, in accordance with the mind. The interdependent causes and conditions are complete for each. Free from all torment and affliction. Not under the control of others, the best solitude. Cheerful and high, the sky is vast. The ground is level, the shape is smooth, the village is far away. Frightening and eerie, gods and demons gather. Serene and pure, practice the Completion Stage. In general and in particular, In places, lands, and nearby places. Blessed by the Victorious Ones' footsteps, Auspicious. In accordance with the mind, supremely precious. Without craving for desirable things, without conceptualization. Great in compassion and endowed with bodhicitta. Not under the control of others, attaining self-mastery. Wealthy, of good lineage, Or having experienced various kinds of happiness and suffering. In whatever activities of this life, Without reliance and decisive. Accomplishing without dependence on anything else other than this.
