Extremely fierce and of violent demeanor, the one who tames all without exception, Whose power and blessings are exceedingly rare, Having subdued the great gods and others, The retinue is made into subservient attendants. Those who have been assigned their respective tasks, How they have vowed and pledged, Manifest them quickly without hindrance. If you do not act according to your vow, How you have abandoned your own pledge, Do not transgress from the established discipline. If you transgress from the established discipline, Your head, body, and heart will be in seven pieces, To be cleaved by the wrathful Yaksha. Therefore, yogis who hold mantras, Act as you have been entrusted. If you do not manifest that action, Like abandoning your own pledged vow, You will rot, decay, burn, and go to hell. Yogis who abide in their vows, Completely accomplish all actions, And cherish the retinue like their own child. Even the slightest will attain accomplishment. Manifest the entrusted actions. Thus it is proclaimed. This is the main activity for accomplishing the wrathful ones. The great blood-drinker and others, With great power of dance, music, and song, All, all, as desired, All, all, they do. The great treasure god and others, With great power of dance, music, and song, They devour all, Leaving not even a speck of dust. If you want to gather, you gather. If you want to increase, you increase. The great swelling mothers and others, With great power of dance, music, and song, If you want to stick together, you stick together. If you want to be obscured, you are obscured. The great lion-faced mother and others, With great power of dance, music, and song, They devour all, Leaving not even a speck of dust. The great laughing-faced mother and others, With great power of dance, music, and song, They bring forth all, Causing all to greatly diminish. Thus, this song was specifically sung. The twenty-first chapter, the praise of the Wrathful One, from the Certainty of the Quintessence of Secrecy. This nature of the ten directions and four times, Is the very essence of the Tathagata. Entangled in the elaboration of grasping and clinging, The ropes of various thoughts bind them separately. Also, the special arrangement of the lands, Is the path to enter the Quintessence of Secrecy. All the wonders of wisdom, It was not said that they would be in vain. This certainty of the great secret seal of all the Tathagatas, Whoever understands and speaks it, That very one is me, and the power is also complete. All the Tathagatas, Have no other secret than this. The Quintessence of Secrecy, which pacifies exaggeration and slander, Is the very truth. It is extracted from the realm of certainty, That is certainly a prophecy, The son is born from the heart. He abides in the position of the Vidyadhara of the highest ground. Having said this, all the Tathagatas rejoiced inseparably and remained in the adornment of the spontaneously present arrangement of body, speech, and mind, in the realm of the equality of the four times.
