吉祥密藏续决定真实。 印度语：Śrī Guhyagarbha tata viniścaya。藏语：吉祥密藏续决定真实。顶礼薄伽梵吉祥普贤王如来。如是宣说之时，如来应供正遍知薄伽梵大享用，十方四时一切如来的身、语、意金刚自性，无余非余无遗一切，各各非异无别无分之自性。于无边无际之色究竟天，无边无际之智慧轮光明中，有智慧宝炽燃之宫殿。广大遍于十方，功德无量增长故成四方。殊胜智慧宝之乳峰庄严。顶端十方四时一切佛之坛城无余一切，各各非异体性唯一之智慧周遍回旋。不可思议智慧之智慧宝形状、颜色等种种差别之支分与特点。广大，量不可测。种种智慧宝之鬘、束、串垂之饰、种种色、种种声、种种香、种种味、种种触，十方遍布，自生无碍光明之庄严不可思议遍覆。以四解脱门而入之门环。具有八解脱之阶。无内外，一切皆内。于彼无畏狮子之座、力大象之座、神变马之座、自在孔雀之座、无碍飞天之座，自性光明之日月轮，无染莲花宝之座，无前后，一切面皆坦然明亮，具足相好不可思议。一切身语意种种普现，方便与智慧之双足平等，安住于苦行跏趺坐中。

Glorious Secret Essence Tantra Decidedly True. In Sanskrit: Śrī Guhyagarbha tata viniścaya. In Tibetan: Glorious Secret Essence Tantra Decidedly True. Homage to the Bhagavan, glorious Samantabhadra. At the time of this exposition, the Tathagata, the perfectly complete Buddha, the Bhagavan of great enjoyment, the body, speech, and mind, the vajra nature of all the Tathagatas of the ten directions and four times, all without remainder, without non-remainder, without omission, and the nature of being non-separate, non-different, and indivisible from each other. In the Akanishta realm, without end or center, in the clear wheel of limitless wisdom, there is a palace blazing with the jewel of wisdom. It is vast and pervades the ten directions, and because its qualities increase immeasurably, it is square. It is adorned with the protuberances of the supreme jewel of wisdom. The apex is the mandala of all the Buddhas of the ten directions and four times, without remainder, and the wisdom that is non-separate and of one essence completely revolves. The divisions and distinctions of the inconceivable wisdom jewel's shape, color, and so on are various. It is vast and immeasurable. The ten directions are filled with garlands of various wisdom jewels, clusters, hanging ornaments, various forms, various sounds, various scents, various tastes, and various tactile sensations, and it is adorned with inconceivable, unobscured, naturally clear ornaments. It has a doorway that enters through the four gates of liberation. It possesses the steps of the eight liberations. There is no outer or inner. Everything is inside. Therein are the fearless lion throne, the powerful elephant throne, the miraculous horse throne, the sovereign peacock throne, the unobstructed garuda throne, the naturally clear sun and moon circles, and the stainless lotus jewel seat, without front or back, all faces are clearly and openly visible, possessing inconceivable marks and signs. In all ways, body, speech, and mind appear in various ways, and with the two feet of skillful means and wisdom equal, he dwells in the posture of ascetic meditation.

Pa. Possessing the hand of six wisdoms, the blazing mudra of the wisdom jewel. Endowed with three heads, inconceivable in body, speech, and mind. The Bhagavan Tathagata, King of Consciousness, and the Tathagata, King of Form, and the Tathagata, King of Feeling, and the Tathagata, King of Perception, and the Tathagata, King of Formation. All of these shine with hues of indigo, white, yellow, red, and green. The sacred consorts, the realm of appearance, the realm of solidity, the realm of softness, the realm of warmth, the realm of motion, and so forth, inseparable from the assembly of consorts, pervade infinitely throughout the entire expanse of the Dharma, just as a sesame pod is filled and pervaded. Then, the Great Bodhi Vajra Seeing, the Great Bodhi Vajra Hearing, the Great Bodhi Vajra Smelling, the Great Bodhi Vajra Tasting, and the assembly of consorts to be seen, to be heard, to be smelled, to be tasted. The Great Bodhi Vajra Seer, the Great Bodhi Vajra Hearer, the Great Bodhi Vajra Smeller, the Great Bodhi Vajra Taster, and the assembly of consorts past, present, future, and not yet come. The Great Destroyer Touch, the Great Destroyer Toucher, the Great Destroyer Touched, The Great Destroyer Touch Consciousness, and the consorts who are not permanent, not annihilated, not self, not characterized, and so forth, such an assembly is beyond expression and dwells inseparably. Then, the secret mandala of the Tathagata inseparable from the assembly of consorts, the secret of those themselves, namely body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, are extracted from the Vajra. ཨེ་ཨེ་ཨེ་མའོ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）Suchness itself is the realm itself, the dominion. The wisdom mandala is in the state of compassion. Self-appearance itself is samadhi. The image, illusion, is completely purified. Manifestation is the qualities of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, inseparable qualities, the wish-fulfilling jewel, endowed with inexhaustible adornment.
