秘密心髓真实义决定之大上师。 藏语：秘密心髓真实义决定之大上师。 顶礼薄伽梵吉祥普贤智慧大上师。 如是宣说之时，幻化大上师，乃诸佛之根本上师，乃一切瑜伽之秘密殊胜乐。 安住于秘密处，宣说如是心髓上师。 如来应供正遍知佛薄伽梵秘密上师大享用，十方四时一切如来之身语意功德事业金刚自性者。 无余非人非人无余一切亦各自非异体无别无分之自性也。 极密大上师之界，于无下之境无边无中者。 根本无量之智慧轮明亮，于智慧宝炽燃之宫殿，如虚空界广大，十方周遍无间断。 功德大上师以无量而广大故成四方。 殊胜智慧宝大上师以四乳峰庄严。 顶端十方四时之佛之 坛城无余一切各自非异体性一之智慧上师周匝围绕。 智慧上师不可思议之界，与颜色等种种差别之支分与特殊。 广大。 尺度不可量。 智慧宝大上师之鬘与，悬垂之束与，光芒之饰与，色与声与，香味触等无碍显现而自生。 以显明之饰殊胜上师所覆盖。 以四无量之门而进入之门特殊。 具足八解脱之阶梯。 无有内外一切亦大上师成为内。 以极密而遍布广大之大上师之宫殿中，五度之座。 无畏狮子之座与，力大象之座与，神变马之座与，自在孔雀之座与，无碍鹏之座与，自性光明日月之坛城与，无垢者

The apex is the Buddhas of the ten directions and four times. The entire mandala is encircled by the wisdom guru, the single essence of being not separate and not different. The realm of the inconceivable wisdom guru, and the divisions and distinctions of various kinds such as color. Vast. Immeasurable in extent. The garland of the wisdom jewel guru, and the hanging clusters, and the ornaments of light, and form and sound, and the unobstructed manifestation of smell, taste, touch, etc., are self-arisen. Covered with the special ornaments of the clear guru. A special door for entering through the four immeasurables. Possessing the steps of the eight liberations. Without outer or inner, everything is also the great guru becoming inner. In the palace of the great guru, which is pervasive and vast with the very secret, the thrones of the five perfections. The throne of the fearless lion, and the throne of the powerful elephant, and the throne of the magical horse, and the throne of the sovereign peacock, and the throne of the unobstructed garuda, and the naturally luminous mandala of the sun and moon, and the stainless one.
