Naturally accomplished, the body, speech, and mind are naturally accomplished in the wheel of hand seals, there is nothing that is not accomplished. From the Great Torma Tantra, the thirteenth chapter, the chapter of speech syllables. Then, again, clench the hands into fists and make the hand seal of bared teeth and recite: Om Maha Smrigata Jvala Balingta Mandala Khahi. Then, again, from the hands joined in prayer, make the gesture of spurting blood and touch the torma and recite: Maha Rakta Jvala Mandala Khari Khahi Balingta, this is the mantra and hand seal for blessing various blood tormas. Then, again, make the hand seal of individual rosaries and recite: Maha Kemni Riti Jvala Mandala Khahi Balingta, this is the mantra and hand seal for blessing the bone torma. Then, again, join the hands in prayer and touch the heart. Then make the hand seal of a skull garland and circle the body. Then make the hands like burning jewels and touch the substance of the torma and recite: Om Kapala Bhasutari La Grod Khrod De Bhyo Bhyo Ru Lu Ru Lu Hum Balingta Mandala Hum. This is the mantra and hand seal for blessing the wondrous torma. Then, with the root of the torma, with the thumb of the hand, bend the little finger into the palm, and extend the three fingers together, and recite: Om Shakti Dumbu Maha Jvala Balingta Mandala Kharam Khahi, this is the mantra and hand seal for purifying the torma. Then, again, join the hands together in prayer and recite: Om Ah Hum Svaha Mum Lam Mam Pam Surati, thereby, the form of the torma, bless into the deity and the goddess mandala of great bliss without duality.

Then, the left hand makes a holding gesture, and the right hand makes an eating gesture, this is the general mudra of the eight wrathful mothers. Then, the left hand makes a pressing gesture, and the right hand looks at the pile of grain with a majestic gesture, this is the general mudra of the eight messengers. Then, the right hand makes a scattering gesture, and the left hand makes a lifting gesture, remaining in a pointing gesture, this is the general mudra of the four doorkeepers. Then, the right hand makes a pressing gesture, and the left hand makes a lifting gesture, this is the general mudra of the eight transporting mothers. Then, the right hand makes a gesture of raising its own sign, and the left hand makes a gesture of drinking blood, this is the general mudra of the twenty-eight powerful mothers. Then, the left hand is crossed and face down, the two little fingers are hooked, the other fingers are stretched outwards and touch the container, reciting: Oṃ Vajra Āralli. A Āralli. Samaya Āralli. This is the mudra of the thirty-two Dakinis. Then, holding both hands to the left and right of the heart, making a jumping and running gesture, reciting: Oṃ Vajra Hala Hala Bhana Bhana Aṃ Kuśa Jaḥ. This is the general mantra and mudra of the three hundred and sixty messengers. Then, the right hand makes an immovable gesture, and the left hand makes a gesture of extracting the heart, reciting: Oṃ Maṃ Maṃ Vajra Ma Bhyo. Mama Duna Tiṃ Bhyo.
