Then, everything becomes the retinue of the non-different Samantabhadra. Thus, to oneself, one speaks: All phenomena arise from the realm of mind, All are shown as Buddhas themselves. In the nature of Samantabhadra, Please definitely reveal the essential instructions. Great Lord of all yogis, The secret of secrets, the definite meaning, That which arises from your heart, Please reveal it to those who are worthy vessels. Then, the teacher Samantabhadra said: The terrifying and repulsive phenomena of samsara, Through the path of various sufferings, This wretchedness itself is the great joy, the Dharma of Nirvana, great bliss spontaneously accomplished, because it is unchanging. The Tantra of the Great Samantabhadra Abiding in Itself. The meaning of the unified intent of all Buddhas, the five Samantabhadras, the sixteen great ones, and the nine abiding in oneself were taught. Therefore, those who wish to realize this Samantabhadra essential instruction tantra, Must definitely keep in mind the five aspects of Samantabhadra. What are the five Samantabhadras? The View Samantabhadra, the Conduct Samantabhadra, the Activity Samantabhadra, the Samaya Samantabhadra, and the Nature Samantabhadra.

From the very beginning, spontaneously accomplished, Even if sought for eons, it cannot be found, Unfabricated, pure from the start, Everything is not mind from other. Without seeking, it is the Buddha, In the nature of Kuntuzangpo, Attaching to cause and effect is a mistake, Primordially non-dual Bodhicitta, That very meaning is not to be sought. Beings such as Buddhas and sentient beings, Everything is not other than mind, It is great bliss, no need to modify, No need to seek, no need to cultivate, it is pure from the beginning. The cause itself is the pure Buddha, Who knows that there is no birth and no death? This is the view of Kuntuzangpo. Then he taught the conduct of Kuntuzangpo. This nature of Bodhicitta, Holding to outer and inner is a mistake, Attaching to cause and effect is wandering. Wrong conduct has no liberation or happiness, Attachment and non-attachment, and so on, Bliss and suffering are not different, One, without partiality, Whatever is practiced in this way is great bliss. Clinging to characteristics, creating distinctions, Attachment to existence and non-existence is the cause of bondage. The non-dual, spontaneously perfect fruit itself, In the state of understanding, there is great bliss. For the phenomena of worldly samsara, Thinking and acting with characteristics is a mistake, That itself is without self and without other, Non-dual practice is great bliss. All actions of virtue and non-virtue, Without attachment, practice with non-dual means, Whatever is enjoyed manifests qualities, There is no cause, condition, or interdependence. The five aspects of enjoyment and qualities, Means and wisdom, and so on, If practiced, there is no fault, understanding is clear, Even if not practiced, there is no fault, it is complete. All existence, non-existence, permanence, and annihilation, In the unborn nature, there is nothing. Holding to bliss and suffering, There is no difference, it is Bodhicitta. Nirvana and the phenomena of samsara, All faults and qualities, Whatever is practiced without bondage or liberation, Is the conduct of Kuntuzangpo. Then he taught the activity of Kuntuzangpo. For the phenomena that appear in samsara, All phenomena of the vessel and its contents that appear, In the unborn nature of Dharmata, To explain with names and words is contradictory. Whatever appears is Kuntuzangpo, That itself is the play of mind, No matter how it is done, there is no contradiction, Activity has no fabrication or seeking. Virtuous and non-virtuous actions, All differences of liberation, Are mind, non-dual, spontaneously accomplished, The activity of Bodhicitta, Distinction and non-distinction, and so on
