Offerings, give! Even the fierce and terrifying ones transform into gods. With the five elixirs or five foods, contemplate them as the essence of fierce wrath. Fix them firmly with the brightly shining phurba. Offer them to the assembly of blazing gods. In the mandala of the assembly of Ya (Tibetan: ཡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: य, Sanskrit Romanization: ya, Literal meaning: Ya), stringing and binding them like a rosary, may the blessings of the blazing gods pervade, and may everything become unmoving. Ah (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A)! Everything is the Great Perfection, there is nothing that has not been done. The special perfections of actions, all that are gathered in the three realms, there is nothing that has not been blessed. Through the activities of the Great Perfection, having been purified, thoughts are perfected, and spontaneously accomplished. Ho (Tibetan: ཧོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हो, Sanskrit Romanization: ho, Literal meaning: Ho)! The assembly of slaves, maids, and servants, give them the leftovers, saliva, and whatever they desire. Keep your own vows well, and command them to do whatever they wish. The great blood-drinkers and so on, with dances, songs, and great words, whatever they desire, they can accomplish everything completely. The great treasure-holding mothers and so on, with dances, songs, and great words, if they want to gather, they gather; if they want to increase, they increase. The great full-breasted mothers and so on, with dances, songs, and great words, if they want to delude, they delude; if they want to intoxicate, they intoxicate. The great lion-faced mothers and so on, with dances, songs, and great words, they devour everything, leaving not even a particle. The great laughing-faced mothers and so on, with dances, songs, and great words, they bestow everything, causing everything to decline. Ah (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A)! The great transferring mothers and so on, the eight great wandering mothers, with dances, songs, and great words, they cause everything to wander, transferring everything completely from its place. The assembly of slaves, maids, and servants, with dances, songs, and great words, the things to be hidden and entrusted, they can accomplish everything completely. Trees and groves of young branches, single trunks and places touched by fire, joy, happiness, attachment, and anger, all make Kali well. As it is said, with the four activities, accompanied by the Tira drum, the realms of the ten directions are subdued. Then, the Bhagavan Wisdom King, the Great Terrifier, that very one, with the Tira drum of vows, the Guru strikes, emitting the fierce radiance of Tira. In the vast assembly of E (Tibetan: ཨེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Romanization: e, Literal meaning: Eh), the sound of the great Tira drum.

After proclaiming, emitting the sound of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हूँ,IAST: hūṃ,Literal meaning: Hūṃ) Ha He Phaṭ, Through the blessings of the eight syllables, Proclaiming the voice of Rulu Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हूँ,IAST: hūṃ,Literal meaning: Hūṃ) Bhyoḥ, With the fierce and wrathful sound, Even after destroying the three realms of existence, Emitting the sound of liberating the three thousand worlds. When this great Stirā drum is beaten, All yakshas and rakshasas are subdued, And even the hearts of all heretics are extracted. When this great Stirā drum is proclaimed, The three thousand worlds are filled with wrathful deities, Everyone is beating the drum, sounding diri ri. The great drum sound destroys the three thousand worlds, The great drum sound subdues the armies of demons, The great drum sound purifies the three realms of existence, The great drum sound subdues enemies and obstacles, The great drum sound purifies the evil destinies. When the drum sound is proclaimed like thunder, It empties the Naraka hell realms. The drum sound is heavy, like the collapse of Mount Meru. When the great Stirā drum emits sound, It even extracts the hearts of all those who are inverted. The great drum proclaims the sound of thunder, Like a thousand lightning bolts the drumsticks move. Thus, the samaya (vow) of the Tathāgatas (Buddhas) is fulfilled, The samaya of the mothers and dakinis is fulfilled, The samaya of the five yogis is urged. When this great Stirā drum is beaten, The Śrāvakas and Sutras are moved from their places, The view of the Pratyekabuddhas is liberated into space. When this great Stirā drum is proclaimed, Even the vehicles of gods and humans, Are placed in the realm of the unsurpassed vehicle. When this Stirā drum sound is proclaimed, The empty realm is filled with the Stirā drum sound, Everyone is beating the drum, sounding diri ri. The drumsticks emit a thousand lightning tongues, When the drum sound proclaims the sound of a thousand dragons, It pours down a great iron hail of blessings. The three thousand worlds shake, and the three realms of existence collapse. When the drumsticks are thrown like fans, With the signs of kha and ga, Everything is struck by great iron hail. Great Kāla and others, And those who are crushed under the vajra, Simultaneously emit the sound of "tsitta". The sound of the great Stirā drum, Bathes the three realms of existence in an ocean of blood. Simultaneously, great power is perfected. The drum sound builds palaces of jewels, Thoughts are perfected, greatness is achieved, and power is obtained. The drum sound makes it unshakeable, And also emits the sound of entering the Dharma. The drum sound fulfills all desires, Immediately, like bodhicitta (the mind of enlightenment). Thus it was said, all the Tathāgatas became the union of the very nature of the Tathāgatas. Then, the Bhagavan (Blessed One) rejoiced.
