Manifesting clarity, like windows opened in four directions. If one knows the Great Branch Tantra, the Accumulation of Jewels, and the Burning Body, it is like banners hung on four sides. If one knows the Tantra of Yogic Liberation, the Burning Lamp, it is like a king seated atop a castle, governing the kingdom. If one knows the Tantra like the heart, the Six Spaces of Kuntuzangpo, it is like a tightly closed door, where thieves and others cannot find an opportunity. If one knows the Secret Self-Arising Sound Transcending Tantra, it is like a final iron fence, which cannot be breached by an attacking army. If one knows the Tantra of Black Wrathful Mother, like a weapon, it is like a gatekeeper with armor, whom enemies cannot attack. Ema, thus are all the Tantras, supremely wondrous. Therefore, the meaning of these will be divided into root and branch meanings, and explained in detail. Thus, the order of the Tantras is: The Root Tantras, the Perfectly Self-Arisen and the Without Letters, explain that all phenomena are one in the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. The Explanatory Tantras, the Self-Arisen and Self-Liberated Mother and Child, explain like a summer tree, with flourishing branches and leaves. The Branch Tantras, the Accumulation of Jewels and the Burning Body, explain like stars rising in the ocean, clear, profound, and complete. The Tantras of Clear Reason and Wisdom, the Sound Transcending and the Auspiciously Beautiful, explain like flowers blooming. The Instruction Tantra Section, the Two Mirrors, Recognition Adornment, and the Four Strings of Pearls, explain like a tree bearing other fruits, without other fruits, like the ripening of fruit. The Tantra of the Mind's Self-Abiding, the Six Spaces, the Burning Lamp, and the Union of Sun and Moon, explain like the eye that sees, without eyes nothing is seen, but with eyes opened everything is clear. The Entering Self-Liberation, the Lion's Strength Complete, and the Two Tantras of Jeweled Inlay, explain like the heart of memory, without the heart memory fades, but whatever a person with a heart does is meaningful and without obstruction. The Glory of the Rituals of the Wise, the Tantra of Black Wrathful Mother, explains like a barking dog, without a dog thieves steal property, but the dog protects the property of its own home. Thus, all the Tantras, all of these, are the wisdom of the root, the naturally self-liberated.

The eighth. The meaning is explained very clearly. By distinguishing the essence of the vows, One obtains the nature of all Buddhas. As shown above. Thus the words are separated. Then, the Vajra holders, By distinguishing the secret tantras, A mind of joy, happiness, and satisfaction arose, With palms joined in the manner of bowing to the Vajradhara, They earnestly requested with these words: "Alas! Sixth Vajradhara, Words. If the order of all the tantras is like that, Then also for future sentient beings, By pleading for the sake of others, How is it to practice by uniting all the tantras into one, And combining everything? How is it shown to future sentient beings, By combining all the essence into one's own awareness?" The Vajradhara spoke to me. Then, the Teacher proclaimed: "However many expressible things there are, They are all mental dharmas, Although they are merely counted, The sutras condense the profound meaning into eleven words. Realizing, there is no Buddha; not realizing, there is no samsara. The basis. Although the reality is inconceivable, There are three kinds of wisdom: the essence is primordial purity wisdom, the nature is spontaneously accomplished wisdom, compassion is all-pervasive wisdom. Although many bases of delusion are explained, It is only the difference between the base and knowing the base, That is, spontaneous accomplishment and compassion. Self-abiding is body, awareness, wisdom. Abiding is mind, that is, in the center of bodhicitta, The body abides in three layers. The path is four channels, like the great crystal channel of the Kati mountain, with crystal tubes. The channels that cause the senses to appear to objects, Like white silk threads, arise by the movement of the wind of wisdom. The moving wind. Awareness. The doors of appearance are four, two eyes, two ears, generally, at the crown of the head is the empty bindu, like a far-reaching arrow, a water bindu, the body of the vajra chain. The eyes, etc. Space is free from obstacles, wherever it appears, that is, space is free from clouds, the sphere is completely pure, awareness appears as the body of the vajra chain, gathered in the object. How is that? Practicing Trekchö and Tögal. The measure of practicing these two, Which of the four confidences is it? That is, there is no fear or anxiety even for the heat and cold of hell, No fear of falling into samsara, No hope for nirvana, No desire for becoming a Buddha. The yogi himself. Intermediate state mother, what is that intermediate state like?

When it dawns, awareness is the son, and the appearance of dharmata is the mother. By the union of the two, son and mother, the very place of liberation is the beginning. Thus it is said in the Precious Garland Tantra. The eighth chapter, which teaches by summarizing all the tantras. Thus, it was spoken by the mindless awareness, and the retinue of its own nature, such as awareness, the Vajra Sharp Blade, the Tathagatas of the five families, the wrathful deities of the three families, the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, gods and asuras, and the retinue of sentient beings and afflictions that arise from them, the retinue that holds onto objects, the retinue of the nature of the inconceivable Three Jewels of the Dakinis, the retinue of the world that grasps and is grasped, and so on, six kinds. The retinue with wisdom as the main one, seven kinds. The world with no place, and with gandharvas, rejoices. Praise is offered to what was spoken by the Bhagavan. The Precious Garland, the Secret Tantra, is so named. These reside in the realm of the gods of the sixty-four hundred thousand tantras of the Great Perfection of Naturalness. In particular, the essence is gathered and extracted from among them. It is complete. The commentary on the Precious Garland Tantra is called "The Illuminating Lamp." The Precious Garland Tantra has three parts, mother and son.
