Delusion does not lead to the attainment of enlightenment through speculation. The Buddha, the teacher, has explained the dharmas, But no matter how one grasps their individual meanings, one will not attain that meaning itself, but should be content with the great meaning itself. Therefore, if this meaning has not been found, the depths of this meaning cannot be found through the teacher's explanations. One cannot surpass the land of all-pervading light, nor can one increase prosperity. Even if a magician conjures up illusions, it is as if they never existed for even a moment. From the words of the teacher, a Buddha does not arise, like an illusion, it is impossible to accomplish even for a moment. Those who are deluded about the meaning of enlightenment, pointlessly guard words and are arrogant towards the Dharma. By illuminating words with frivolous wisdom, and blazing light upon the mind, how can one abandon this meaning of great bliss? It is merely considering the essence of wisdom as a visible platform. In the Tantra of the Great Power of the Mind of Enlightenment, the seventh chapter: Without seeing the suchness of one's own nature and essence, there is no method for becoming a Buddha. Then, the Bhagavan, the glorious Samantabhadra, specially declared to himself: Emaho, the Dharma of the five pure rots! Without distinguishing self and other, cause and effect are completely fulfilled. The meaning of words is like gold and precious jewels. Searching for it elsewhere will not find it; it abides within oneself. How vast, the dharmas are the pinnacle of conditions! How good, the very nature of mind is completely pure! The fruit of the vehicle is itself, and it is also the root. There is nothing that is not encompassed by the Dharma of non-appearance. Not distinguishing between acceptance and rejection, good and bad, it is the best of goodness. The lotus body is not stained by the faults that cause one to fall into hell. Sinful deeds are pleasing to the grandeur of great enlightenment. Playing in the two great gatherings, it is the body that increases merit. To desire enlightenment without seeing this, is like a blind person walking without a target, one cannot reach the destination, and friends are as if dead. In the Tantra of the Great Power of the Mind of Enlightenment, the eighth chapter: Being arrogant towards the objects of the tantra spoken by oneself. Then, the Bhagavan, the glorious Vajra Samantabhadra, remained without speaking a word, and Vajradhara praised him: The essence of the Bhagavan is an unparalleled body, liberation is unpolluted, like the clear moon. Supreme protector, hero, the one who reveals the meaning, to you, the holder of unparalleled meaning, I also pay homage! To the essence of the pathless, the one who is separated from the path, to the Dharma that is pure from the beginning, I also pay homage! This meaning should also be respectfully transmitted to the sons of the Buddhas.
