From the Tantra of Greatly Stirring the Bodhicitta, Chapter Three, which teaches the method of settling the mind on the meaning. Then, the Bhagavan, the glorious Samantabhadra, spoke with the very meaning to be spoken. Selfless, uncreated, the inside and outside are completely pure. Like a fire that moves, there is no birth or cessation. Free from the object of focus, pure is the object of dedication. Since there is no Buddha inside or outside, there is no Buddha. The vows of discipline and taming are the sickness of attachment. There is no transgression or non-transgression, there is nothing beyond the vows. Even if protected, turning one's back on happiness is a decline. Like an earthen pot or bamboo root, even if tightly sealed, it will eventually break. Loving in all ten directions, there is no limit to taking and abandoning. With the essence of unchanging vastness, it pervades all. If the great medicine of inherent pervasiveness is not applied, Then grasping the meaning of going to higher realms is like catching a fish with saliva, with no time for liberation. Free from dependent dharmas, the solitary selflessness. Neither taking nor abandoning, it always abides in its own nature. There is no object to be found by searching, the heart of emptiness. Striving and desiring is like a deer chasing a mirage. Abiding in the realm of spontaneously perfect, self-arisen greatness. It is not non-existent, but the essence of non-existence arises. The very nature of non-duality is also free from the limits of words. Transcending actions, surpassing all vows and efforts. From the Tantra of Greatly Stirring the Bodhicitta, Chapter Four, the Vow of Spontaneous Abiding. Then, the Bhagavan Samantabhadra, to speak of the meaning of Samadhi, spoke greatly. Think about the meaning that is beyond thought and non-thought. Just as the finger points to the moon, seeing the moon as it is. From the essence of non-existence, existence arises. Destroying perceptions is the characteristic of equanimity. Compared to children grasping the mudra of mental activity, The Samadhi of destroying thoughts is superior. What is spoken by oneself to oneself, Is the self-arisen great body abiding as it is. Because of pervasiveness, there is no dharma to be added. The inherent wisdom is spontaneously perfect, the nature of reality is immeasurable. Even if examined, it cannot be seen, it is pure from the beginning. Without purity or impurity, practicing eating and sin, etc. Igniting the essence of the three poisons and five poisons. This independent great power is the supreme vow. Transcending effort that is without focus. Do not abide in that nature, but let it merge. Like not quenching thirst with undrunk water. The words of the tongue, ah.

If you do not understand the meaning, it is like medicine and a patient, even if they are together, they will not live if they do not take it. From the Tantra of Arousing Great Bodhicitta, this is the fifth chapter on Samadhi of Dhyana and Perfected Nature and the need to understand them. Thereafter, the Blessed One, Glorious Vajrasattva, with his palms held together in front of the Blessed One Samantabhadra, knelt silently. The Blessed One Samantabhadra spoke to himself: The path of realizing the basis of one's own nature without error, practicing the Dharma without any thought, attaining the fruit of no self and other, constantly attaining the fruit of no self and other, not seeing everything as anything. Like smoke extinguishing fire, it is also separated from this. Like reality, consciousness is unwavering, the great vehicle of the mind stream without birth. If one knows that the unreal nature is unborn, then one cuts off the unreal stream and abides in the real nature. If one knows that the mind is without mind, then there is nothing to cut off in that mind. Now, consciousness does not arise, knowing that the mind is without mind, knowing that Dharma is without Dharma, all Buddhas practice these three excellences. The essence arises, the Dharmakaya is not elsewhere, non-action transcends action, it is the best of action. The essence arises there, which is the Dharmakaya. Speaking of meaning elsewhere is the path of delusion of non-Buddhists, like a thirsty person driven by water, chasing after mirages. From the Tantra of Arousing Great Bodhicitta, this is the sixth chapter on separately showing the various differences in conduct. Thereafter, the Blessed One Samantabhadra himself spoke this verse: Not abiding, not focusing, not changing, Bodhicitta. Not manifestly abiding, enjoying it with skillful means. What the teacher has said should not be sought for meaning. It is not appropriate to hear, it is separated from the name of noise. This bindu of Dharma and non-Dharma mixed together is a superior meaning, therefore it cannot be spoken. Just as one desires to grasp a shadow, or grasps it with an iron hook, or places it in a vessel, the image shadow is pure on the form. The mudra of the body expands, contracts, clarifies, and changes, and is grasped by the stability of samadhi, but the Dharmadhatu is originally completely pure. Differentiating thought is the Dharma of children, clinging to this.
