Free from the stains of appearances. The expanse of effortless self-abiding realization. Without the effort of depending on cause and effect. Like the light of the sun, pervading all. Pervasive, vast, spontaneously accomplished, Ye. Without entering through attachment. By realizing the meaning of the all-clear Dharma nature. Not relying entirely on the sound of ear transmission. If one possesses the recitation that realizes the three bodies. Compassion arises like a precious jewel. The essence does not deviate from oneness. Gradual effort, cause and effect, all vehicles. Clearly shows the sweet essence. The deity who realizes the self-born wisdom. No need to do recitations and contemplations. On the essence without beginning or end. The delusion of grasping and clinging is self-liberated. From the Secret Tantra of the Wheel of Wisdom. The sixth chapter, which explains conduct. Then, to the King of Awareness. Vajrasattva again requested. On the single bindu of the Great Perfection. How are the qualities manifested? The King of Awareness replied. On the single bindu of the Great Perfection. The manifestation of qualities appears as four. On the manifestation of the six realms of beings. The manifestation of cause and effect in the mind. The manifestation of conceptual meaning. The manifestation of Kunsang (Samantabhadra) as me. Vajrasattva again asked. On the single bindu of the Great Perfection. Please show how the qualities are perfected. The King of Awareness replied. Without mixing varieties, perfected in my state. Without attachment, perfected in my state. Without mixing samsara, perfected in my state. Without doubt, there is no passing away for me. Without mixing cause and effect, perfected in my state. Without conceptualization, there is no passing away from me. Thus he taught. Again asked. On the single bindu of the Great Perfection. What are the categories of names? The King of Awareness replied. The Great Perfection that is perfected in suchness. The Great Perfection that is completely perfected in view. The Great Perfection that is completely perfected in awareness. Thus he spoke. From the Secret Tantra of the Wheel of Wisdom. The seventh chapter, on the manifestation of qualities. Then, Vajrasattva. To the King of Awareness, he said this. King, you are the pure self-appearance. Possessing the two natures of the unchanging body. Unceasing. Manifesting as the play of speech. Non-conceptual, manifesting as the essence of mind. Possessing body, speech, and mind, the lord of compassion. In the gathering of devoted disciples. Please explain the secret samaya. Thus he said.

Oṃ! Thus spoke the King of Wisdom: For the great spontaneously accomplished self-appearance, There are no vows with contrived numbers. The naturally arising, effortless vow Is a boat to liberate from the ocean of samsara. Like the unchanging vajra, There are no outer, inner, or secret vows. The un fabricated, self-appearing vow Is the single activity of non-existence, The vow of spontaneous accomplishment. The very nature of mind, free from grasping, Is instructed in a state where there is nothing to protect. The great, unmade, naturally arising one, When the vow that needs no protection is self-abiding, Abides in a state free from partiality. When the very nature of mind is naturally arising and does not stray, For all the Buddhas of the three times, The vow does not stray from this. It is the great, spontaneously accomplished vow. Thus it was said. From the secret cause of the Wheel of Wisdom, The eighth chapter, on vows. Thus spoke the King of Wisdom: Whatever self-appearing king you desire, Seek it in your own mind. The distinctions of vehicles are inconceivable, But if you realize the self-arisen, there is only one. Certainly, this very meaning of the self-arisen Is the self-arisen mind of all the Buddhas. If you realize the absence of a lama, Then view that as the equality of self-appearance. Whoever is supreme in realizing the self-arisen, If you find the meaning of self-appearance, free from effort, Even if you speak much with guiding words, The qualities in the mind are inconceivable. Thus it was said. Vajrasattva asked again: For the delusion of grasping at concepts, Is there an antidote to meditate on or not? Thus spoke the King of Wisdom: Do not meditate on concepts as an antidote. If you want non-conceptuality, that is great conceptuality. When the clinging of grasping is freed, there is no antidote to meditate on. If you attain enlightenment in one lifetime, there is no need to seek cause and effect. Since the mind is the ultimate path, The path of action is like the tracelessness of the sky. If it abides constantly, without abiding, It is the great meaning of the self-arisen, without seeking. If you do not realize the meaning of purity, Whatever effort you apply to practice and grasping, With the clinging of delusion in the mind, Just like the very nature of the sky, The future is exhausted only by self-appearance. For the King of Wisdom of concepts, There is neither addition nor subtraction, neither elaboration nor duality. Clinging is accomplished by its own self-liberation. Whoever has no concepts in their mind, Is in accordance with my teachings of the three times. If the self-arisen is not sought and not fixated upon, Since the very nature of mind is not established as a thing, It is the realization of the essence of the self-arisen. Thus it was said. The Wheel of Wisdom
