Therefore, having secretly entrusted it, one should receive it well and rely on it. If not a Vajra Holder, should it be kept secret? To whom should this supreme Vajra Holder be entrusted? When asked to the Great Bhagavan, the Bhagavan said: The Bhagavan Vajra holds it like you, desiring the benefit of beings with the secret Vajra. Just as I entrusted it to you, so it should be entrusted. Even if not a Vajra Holder, but having the mind of a lion, being extremely cherished and satisfying, whoever becomes rich in wealth, filled with precious jewels, will this vehicle of precious jewels be cut off? To whomever holds this tantra, if wealth is not given immediately, because he does not have the mind of a lion, that is an illusionist, a dweller of hell, etc. This one will certainly not attain accomplishment, nor does he have the authority of this (tantra). That person deceived by demons, who seizes this (tantra) with flattery and deceit, is not a Vajra Holder, but a son of demons. From the obstacles of desire, all thoughts of this life vanish, and whatever karmic imprints this person makes, he will be reborn in the place of illusionists and pretas. Therefore, when entrusting this supreme tantra, just as I entrusted it to you, so it should be entrusted in succession. When the evil time has ripened, if wealth is not given immediately, that base person does not have the vessel for this (tantra). Both the entruster and the holder will rot, burn, and fall into hell.
