This great tantra, is sufficient with realization, and is extremely rare. Therefore, effortlessly accomplishing great meaning, it is taught as the most excellent of all dharmas. The Great Perfection, the collection of all definitive meanings, from the tantra of wisdom equal to space, the forty-fifth chapter, which explains the distinction between realization and non-realization. The ninth teaching, summarized as a compilation. Thereafter, Vajrasattva, for the benefit of the assembled retinue, to the King of Dharma, the All-Knowing One, for the necessity of certainty, requested as follows: How are space and dharmata similar? How does the Dharmakaya surpass it? What is the worldly example similar to? How does the meaning surpass it? Please explain, All-Knowing Teacher. After requesting thus, having heard the meaning, he spoke to the assembled retinue: Well asked, I will explain, keep it in mind and strive for the meaning. The similar example for realizing that meaning is, the characteristic of space is without substance, therefore, being united with it, there is no elaboration, the nature of dharmata is just like that. Now listen again, Vajrasattva, the characteristic of space cannot be grasped, the nature of dharmata is just like that. The characteristic of space has no going and coming, the nature of dharmata is just like that. The characteristic of space has no gathering and separation, the nature of dharmata is just like that. The characteristic of space has no action or seeking, the nature of dharmata is just like that. The characteristic of space has no beginning or end, the nature of dharmata is just like that. The characteristic of space has no up or down, the nature of dharmata is just like that. The characteristic of space has no appearance or emptiness, the nature of dharmata is just like that. The characteristic of space has no good or bad, the nature of dharmata is just like that. Now listen again, Vajrasattva, the characteristic of space has no fabrication or effort, the nature of dharmata is just like that. The characteristic of space has no birth or death, the nature of dharmata is just like that. The characteristic of space has no increase or decrease, the nature of dharmata is just like that. Space is the basis of all elements, the nature of dharmata is just like that. Space is the basis of all without exception, the nature of dharmata is just like that. Now listen again, essence of the assembly, although there are such similar examples, the difference in meaning is inconceivable, therefore it is necessary to explain it in reverse from that, the difference between example and meaning is very great. The Great Perfection, the collection of all definitive meanings, from the tantra of wisdom equal to space, the example is space.

The forty-sixth chapter, which explains the similarities. Then, to the assembled retinues, Kunrig Teacher Dharma Lord gave instructions on the differences between examples and meanings: Just as the sky has no birth, the Dharma-nature gives rise to all kinds of qualities. Just as the sky has no appearance, the Dharma-nature wisdom arises in the realm. Just as the sky has no appearance, the Dharma-nature wisdom appears in the realm. Just as the sky is inconceivable, the Dharma-nature becomes a treasure of qualities through contemplation. Just as the sky has no passing away, the Dharma-nature passes away into Nirvana. Just as the sky has no cessation, in the Dharma-nature's own state, confused realization ceases. Just as the sky has nothing established, the Dharma-nature is established as great bliss. Just as the sky is the absence of absence, the Dharma-nature is the presence of presence. Just as the sky is the cessation of cessation, the Dharma-nature is the unchanging constant. Just as the sky is the emptiness of emptiness, the Dharma-nature is the essence of all Buddhas. Just as the sky is the emptiness of emptiness, the Dharma-nature is the essence of the coming of wisdom. Now, Vajrasattva, listen. Thus, explaining the meaning by reversing, exemplifying with examples from some aspects, because the meaning is not so, it must be reversed from there. For the vast Dharma-nature, it transcends the realm of exemplification. The Great Perfection, the collection of all definitive meanings, from the Tantra of Wisdom equal to the Sky, the forty-seventh chapter, which explains the superior differences between examples and meanings. Then, to the assembled retinues, Kunrig Teacher Dharma Lord, symbolizing the similar meaning with examples, especially instructed the retinues, saying: Sky, sun, moon, and stars, ocean, mountain king, udumbara flower, earth, river, dragon of time, Dharma king, giant, and boatman, crystal, beryl, lotus, sesame seed, mirror, lamp, precious agate, and gold, etc., symbolizing with common examples, I will explain, you listen well. The sky is vast and high, boundless and without center, without substance, all-pervading, the container of the four elements, without coming and going, so it is not fabricated. The nature of Dharma-nature is just like that. The sun is self-luminous, warming everything, one day and night pervading the four continents, known as the lamp that dispels darkness. The nature of Dharma-nature is just like that. The moon is cool and white, holding the stars, the first day, numbers, and hours, having the waxing and waning of years and months. The Dharma of cause and effect is also like that. The stars are not mixed, completely perfect, forcefully moving in the path of the sky.

Ro! Images appear in clear water, the nature of Dharma is just like that. Now listen again to Vajrasattva, the ocean is deep, without increase or decrease, countless beings cannot be conceived, there are jewels and all desired things, the nature of Dharma is just like that. The mountain king is unmoving and stable, it is the support of the four continents and all the sub-continents, it is the support of the sun, moon, and stars, the nature of Dharma is just like that. If the Udumbara flower is found on the ground from the bottom of the sea, the need is to eliminate diseases and fulfill wishes, it is a teaching with lineage. Now listen again to the essence of aggregation, medicine and poison grow on the earth, it is the support or basis of all beings, it is the antidote to the four elements, the nature of Dharma is just like that. The great river always flows continuously, rotating and flowing without fatigue, the nature of Dharma is just like that. When the dragon makes a sound, it distinguishes between the two seasons of winter and summer, just like beings sleep and wake up, the law of samsara is also like that. The great Dharma king, without weariness of faith, always constantly accumulates the two accumulations, the nature of Dharma is just like that. The giant hero, not overcome by others, destroys enemies and overwhelms the army with power, the nature of Dharma is just like that. The excellent helmsman and prospector, taking treasures in the sea without fear, like prospectors, soldiers, and merchants, conditioned virtuous deeds are also like that. Now listen again to the essence of aggregation, crystal has no inside or outside, the image is clear but actually does not exist, the color is uncertain, arising from conditions, the nature of Dharma is just like that. Beryl is transformed from blue light.
