At one time, when I, the speaker, demonstrated through the door of meaning, this, dwelling in the center of the heart, the essence of meaning abiding in the self-arisen nature of all sentient beings, the body of expansive wisdom, without front or back, with faces fully open, dwells serenely. The perfect teacher shows sentient beings the meaning of no coming and going. A A A! Thus have I heard. At one time, the body that has not been manifestly assembled, not divided by the realms of Akanishta, manifestly abides in the clear mandala of the wisdom of awareness at Vajrasana. Without outer or inner, clear in the unmixed five lights, everything also becomes inward, together with the cluster of the five families, clear inside when viewed from the outside. The mandala of the stainless citta, clear outside when viewed from the inside. Awareness dawns on the object. Light radiates in the ten directions. The five lights of wisdom have no rising or setting. Possessing a circular fence. That is also connected to the lamp. The five wisdoms appear like stars. From that, five clear clusters of light appear in space. The five kayas appear clearly without front or back. In that, from the expanse of awareness, the five kayas appear clearly and brilliantly. In the unmixed five lights, the distinctions of color are clear. As a sign of showing the essence of meaning, the mandala of awareness is radiantly clear. The five lights appear with oneself. It is manifestly apparent. Thus it abides within one's own citta. The teacher Samantabhadra is the primordial Buddha. Within that palace, the teacher Samantabhadra, the bodhisattvas of the four families, and awareness abide together in the state of Samantabhadra. One's own awareness is with the five lights.

The heroes thus entreated: "Bhagavan, please reveal the meaning of opening the three mandalas of your mind, namely, mind, speech, and body." Thus they requested. Then, the Teacher, Samantabhadra, said: "I will reveal the meaning of the radiant light of each one's own awareness mandala. Sons of lineage, listen well! You should know that each of you has three mandalas. What are they? They are the body mandala, the speech mandala, and the mind mandala." Having said this, they requested again to explain their meaning. The Teacher proclaimed: "Listen, assembly of Vajrasattva! Hold well in your mind what I teach. My mandala is inconceivable. The mandalas that arise from me are: the body mandala, the unchanging space, the manifestation of the three kayas. The speech mandala, the unobstructed nature, possessing the essence of emptiness-wisdom. The mind mandala, the non-conceptual nature, the body of awareness-light. The merit mandala, the wish-fulfilling jewel. The activity mandala, the unfindable realm, where light pervades without abiding anywhere. The body mandala enjoys unobstructed speech. The manifestation of the three kayas arises. The speech mandala enjoys unthinking mind. Awareness is non-dual. Therefore, the essence of meaning is awareness, the unobstructed space. Although unborn, it appears as if born. This palace where the essence of bodhichitta expands, awareness abides in the center of the heart. Because it is a rare and difficult to realize treasure for all, you should always look at your own mind. The twenty-one introductions should always be gathered. If you do not become familiar with bodhichitta and the appearance of light, even if you see it, in the bardo, it will not transform into the mindfulness that recognizes your own appearance. Therefore, you should repeatedly and clearly establish, examine, and familiarize yourself with these introductions. The nature of awareness appears as many from one. From a single bindu, various appearances arise. In the ultimate reality, the invisible, luminous body. The Sambhogakaya. In the unfixated nature, there is no dimming or brightening of appearances at all. Because the minds of sentient beings appear as seventy-seven different kinds of distinctions, in the bardo also, seventy-seven kinds of appearances arise, each appearing differently. On the path of purification, it is clear as the light of wisdom. The place of wisdom, the body of light.
