In the Indian language: Ratnapushta Mahatantra. In the Tibetan language: The Great Tantra of the Abundant Jewel. Homage to the Bhagavan, glorious Samantabhadra. At the very time of this exposition, in the spontaneously arisen and naturally perfect palace, the primordial Buddha, the teacher Samantabhadra, to the non-different teacher Vajrasattva, all arises from suchness; apart from that, there is no thing whatsoever. Suchness has five perfections: the five perfections of the arisen body, the five perfections of the appearing body, and the five perfections of the body that abides after arising. Wisdom also has five perfections: arising, appearing, and abiding after arising. The perfections that arise in the mind are five: arising in the mind, appearing, and abiding after arising. The perfections that arise in the intellect are also five: arising in the intellect, appearing, and abiding after arising. The perfections that arise as rays are: the five perfections of the body arising as rays, the five perfections of wisdom appearing as rays, the five perfections of mind itself abiding as rays, and the five perfections of intellect itself dawning as rays. The five perfections of the body itself arising as body, the five perfections of the body itself appearing as wisdom, the five perfections of the body itself abiding as mind, and the five perfections of the body itself dawning as light. The five perfections of wisdom itself as wisdom, the five perfections of wisdom arising as body, the five perfections of wisdom abiding as mind, and the five perfections of wisdom dawning as rays. The five perfections of mind itself arising as body, the five perfections of mind itself appearing as wisdom, the perfection of mind itself abiding as mind, and the perfection of mind itself dawning as rays. The five perfections of rays themselves arising as body, the five perfections of rays themselves appearing as wisdom, the perfection of rays themselves abiding as mind, and the perfection of rays themselves dawning as rays. Time, place, teacher, retinue, and all teachings, abide without distinction.

Pa. All that arises and exists pervades all. Whatever abides as the very essence, all that arises from it is likewise. From the Sutra of Greatly Expanded Jewel, the first chapter is the chapter on the perfection of the basis. To the secret empowerment Vajrasattva who gathers, to the teacher of teachers, Samantabhadra, the state of the Blessed One Samantabhadra, and the nature of Samantabhadra, and the appearance of Samantabhadra himself, and Samantabhadra symbolized by example, and the divisions of the lineages of Samantabhadra, and the appearance of the body of Samantabhadra, and the appearance of the speech of Samantabhadra, and whatever is the appearance of the mind of Samantabhadra. The teacher of teachers, Samantabhadra, to the secret empowerment Vajrasattva who gathers, Samantabhadra, my state is, Blessed One, my meaning is great, without beginning or end, spontaneously accomplished by nature. Without distinction of the three times, it is one in the essence. Since nature pervades all, all is Samantabhadra. Since it abides equally without distinction, it transcends all increase and decrease. The very nature of Samantabhadra is, it is not accomplished from virtue and non-virtue. It is not caused by karma and aspiration. Self-born, naturally peaceful, uncompounded. The uncontaminated aggregates are the five self-born wisdoms. It is not existent, nor is it non-existent. It is not appearance, nor is it emptiness. Since I myself am not established anywhere, all varieties are in that very state of me. The body of the precious qualities of all origins. The Middle Way is not existent in duality. Existent is the body of great wisdom. Non-existent is the state of pure space. Since it is not substantial and not an object, the body is like an illusion by nature. When looked at, it appears, but when examined, it is empty. Illusion also performs the meaning of illusion. Unmoving, self-appearing, that is it. The meaning of the essence of emptiness is what it represents. Since illusion is not actually established, non-existence is not actually cessation. That great non-conceptual wisdom relies on the uncontaminated illusory body. Qualities are unceasing, appearing with marks and examples. Without attachment and without obstruction. Wisdom is clear without end or bottom. Without end or center, the source of all. Realizing that all is without nature. Transcending the realm of realization's speech and thought. It is the Buddha body, the supreme self-born. The appearance of Samantabhadra himself is, whoever to me
