ན་ནི། །མདུང་ཐུང་རལ་གྲི་བསྣམས་པའོ། །གཡོན་པ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཕྱག་མཚན་ནི། །བམ་དབྱུག་ཐོད་པ་སྡིགས་མཛུབ་སྟེ། །དབུ་ཡི་སྟེང་ན་རྟ་མགོ་གསུམ། །རྟ་སྐད་སྒྲོགས་ཤིང་དབང་སྐད་འཚེར། །མེ་རི་སྣ་ཚོགས་འཕྲོ་བའི་མེ། །དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ཡི་དབང་ཆེན་ཉིད། །བདག་ཉིད་ཐུགས་ཀའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ། །ཡི་གེ་ཧྲཱྀཿཉིད་དམར་པོ་བསམ། །དེ་ཉིད་འོད་དུ་ཞུ་བ་དང་། །བདག་ཉིད་པདྨ་དབང་དུ་བསྐྱེད། །དེ་ནས་ཧྲཱྀཿཧྲཱྀཿཞེས་བརྗོད་པས། །བདག་ཉིད་སྟེང་དུ་ཆད་པར་བསམ། །དེ་ནས་རྟ་མགོ་གསུམ་དུ་བསམ། །དེ་ནས་བཛྲ་ཧྲཱྀཿཞེས་བརྗོད། །དེ་ཉིད་འོད་དུ་ཞུ་བ་དང་། །བདག་ཉིད་དཔལ་ཆེན་མདུན་དག་ཏུ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣམ་འཇོམས་བསྒོམ་པའོ། །དེ་ཉིད་སྐུ་མདོག་ཕྱག་མཚན་ནི། །ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་སྐུ་མདོག་སྔོ། །གཡས་པས་བུམ་པ་དཀར་པོ་བསྣམས། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རྒྱ་གྲམ་བུམ་པའི་ཁ་ཉིད་བཅད་པའོ། །གཡོན་པས་སྡིགས་མཛུབ་ཕུར་པ་འདྲིལ། །ཀླུ་དབང་རིགས་བཞིས་སྐུ་ལ་བརྒྱན་ པའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་གསལ་བར་བསྒོམ་པ་དང་། །བསྙེན་པ་གཙོ་བོའི་སྔགས་འདི་བརྗོད། །ཨོཾ་པདྨཱནྟ་ཀྲྀཏ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་བ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱྀཿ། སྔགས་དེ་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བརྗོད་པས། །རྣམ་འཇོམས་སྐུ་ནི་གྲངས་མེད་བསམ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣམ་འཇོམས་དེ་དག་གི། །ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཡི་གེ་ས་བོན་ལས། །ཁྲུས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་མོ་གྲངས་མེད་བསམ། །སྟོང་གསུམ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁེངས་པར་བསམ། །ཁྲུས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་མོ་དེ་དག་ནི། །སྐུ་མདོག་དཀར་མོ་འོད་ཟེར་ཅན། །གཡས་པ་རྣམས་ནི་བུམ་པ་སྟེ། །གཡོན་པ་རྣམས་ནི་སྡིགས་མཛུབ་བོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་བདེ་ཆེན་དེས། །རྣམ་འཇོམས་ཉིད་ལ་ལུང་བསྟན་པ། །ཀྱེ་མ་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣམ་འཇོམས་ཉོན། །གསང་སྔགས་ཁྲུས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱང་སྔགས། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་འདུས་པའི་ཚོགས་ལ་སྨྲོས། །དེ་ནས་རྣམ་འཇོམས་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས། །གསང་སྔགས་ཁྲུས་ཀྱི་ཚིག་འདི་སྨྲས། །ན་མཿཙཎྜ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷཱ་ཡ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ། དེ་སྐད་སྔགས་དེ་ལན་ཉེར་གཅིག །བརྗོད་ཅིང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་དབང་ཉིད་བསམ། །དེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་རབ་འཕྲོས་པས། །ཁམས་གསུམ་རྒྱུད་དྲུག་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི། །རྣམ་རྟོག་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱངས་པར་བསམ། །དེ་ནས་ཁྲུས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་མོ་རྣམས། །གསལ་བ་འོད་དང་ལྡན་གྱུར་ནས། །བདུད་རྩིའི་བུམ་པ་དེ་དག་གིས། །ནང་ནས་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་བབས། །དེ་ཉིད་སྟོང་གསུམ་ཁྱབ་པ་ལས། །བདག་དང་མཐའ་ཡས་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་མེད་པ་དང་། །སྒྲིབ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཀྲུས་པར་བསམ། །ཕྱི་དང་ནང་གི་ནད་རྣམས་

那（那），手持短矛利剑。左边三手的法器是，竹杖、颅骨、期克印。头顶上有三马头，发出马叫声，发出威慑之声。放射出各种火焰的山，如是之大的威权者。自身于心间的坛城中，观想红色字赫利（ཧྲཱྀཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：惭）。此字融化为光，自身生起为莲花自在。然后念诵赫利（ཧྲཱྀཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：惭）赫利（ཧྲཱྀཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：惭），观想自身向上断绝。然后观想为三马头。然后念诵班杂赫利（བཛྲ་ཧྲཱྀཿ）。此字融化为光，自身于大吉祥者面前，观想金刚摧破。其身色法器是，一面二手身色蓝。右手持白色宝瓶，金刚交杵封住宝瓶口。左手期克印缠绕橛。龙王四族以身作庄严。 如是清晰观想后，念诵此主要的近修咒语。嗡 贝玛达革日达 班杂 卓达 哈亚革里瓦 吽 赫利（ཨོཾ་པདྨཱནྟ་ཀྲྀཏ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་བ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱྀཿ）。念诵此咒一百零八遍，观想无数的摧破身。那些金刚摧破的，心间的种子字中，观想无数的沐浴天女。观想充满三千世界。那些沐浴天女们，身色白，具光芒。右边都是宝瓶，左边都是期克印。然后薄伽梵大乐者，对摧破者作授记，说：奇哉金刚摧破谛听，秘密真言沐浴的净障咒，你为聚集的眷属宣说。然后摧破者自己，说了秘密真言沐浴之语：那嘛 咱扎 班杂 卓达亚 呼鲁呼鲁 吽 啪（ན་མཿཙཎྜ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷཱ་ཡ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ）。如是念诵此咒二十一遍，念诵薄伽梵自在。从中放射出光芒，观想三界六道众生的，分别念障碍得以清净。然后沐浴天女们，变得明亮且具光芒，那些甘露宝瓶中，降下甘露水流。此水遍布三千世界，自身与无边众生的，所有痛苦都消失，所有业障都得以洗净。内外之疾病

Then, holding a short spear and a sword. The attributes of the three left hands are: a bamboo staff, a skull cup, and a threatening mudra. On top of the head are three horse heads. They neigh like horses and emit sounds of power. Fires emitting various flames. Such a great powerful one. In the center of one's own heart mandala. Visualize the red letter Hrih (ཧྲཱྀཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: shame). That itself dissolves into light. Generate oneself as Padma Wang. Then, by saying Hrih (ཧྲཱྀཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: shame) Hrih (ཧྲཱྀཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: shame). Think of oneself as being cut off above. Then visualize three horse heads. Then say Vajra Hrih (བཛྲ་ཧྲཱྀཿ). That itself dissolves into light. In front of oneself, the great glorious one. Meditate on Vajra Destroyer. That itself, the body color and attributes are: one face, two arms, body color blue. The right hand holds a white vase. A crossed vajra seals the mouth of the vase. The left hand makes a threatening mudra, twirling a phurba. The four classes of Naga lords adorn the body. Thus, having meditated clearly, recite this mantra, the main one for approach. Om Padmantakrit Vajra Krodha Hayagriva Hum Hrih (ཨོཾ་པདྨཱནྟ་ཀྲྀཏ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་བ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱྀཿ). By reciting that mantra one hundred and eight times. Visualize countless Destroyer bodies. From the seed letter in the hearts of those Vajra Destroyers. Visualize countless bathing goddesses. Visualize filling the entire three thousand worlds. Those bathing goddesses. Their body color is white, radiant. The right hands are all vases. The left hands are all threatening mudras. Then, the Bhagavan, the Great Blissful One. Prophesied to the Destroyer himself. Alas, Vajra Destroyer, listen. The secret mantra, the bathing purification mantra. Speak to the assembled gathering. Then, the Destroyer himself. Spoke these words of the secret mantra of bathing. Namaḥ Caṇḍa Vajra Krodhāya Hulu Hulu Hum Phat (ན་མཿཙཎྜ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷཱ་ཡ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ). Recite that mantra twenty-one times. And contemplate the Bhagavan's power. From that, light radiates greatly. Think that the conceptual obscurations of sentient beings of the three realms and six classes are purified. Then, the bathing goddesses. Having become clear and radiant. From those nectar vases. A stream of nectar flows down from within. That itself pervades the three thousand worlds. One's own and limitless sentient beings'. All suffering is gone. And all obscurations are washed away. External and internal diseases
