The Tantra Called "The Jewel Light Razor Burning Away All Illusions, Cutting Through to the Root, Equal to Space." In Sanskrit: Ratna Dīpa Kartarī Jvāla Sarva Bhrama Mūla Ccheda Ākāśa Sama Tantra Nāma. (The Jewel Light Razor Burning Away All Illusions) (Cutting Through to the Root, Equal to Space.) Homage to the Dharmakaya, which is beyond expression and transcends words! Thus I have heard, at one time, in the Akanishta heaven, in the realm of the Dharmata, in the vast expanse of the Alaya, in the pure realm of the palace of the mind, in a place called the Chamber of Light where various jewels gather. The King of Teachers, inconceivable and beyond words; The King of Teachers, inexpressible and beyond mind; The King of Teachers, without memory and without mental fabrication, these three. The original, primordial Teachers are these three. From the emanations of the hearts of these three: Samantabhadra, Vajrasattva, and Garab Dorje are the three. These are the six Kings of Teachers. The retinue surrounding them is as follows: The unceasing, limitless retinue, The retinue of skillful displays of light and limbs, The retinue of appearances and rays, These are the retinues of the three original Teachers. From the emanations of the hearts of these three: The retinue of awareness, the retinue of mind, The retinue of consciousness, these three. From the teachings of the skillful displays of these three: The retinue of self-nature, the retinue of meaning, The retinue gathered by desire, these three. Furthermore, the assembly of retinues is as follows: The Bodhisattvas of cause, The Bodhisattvas of path, The Bodhisattvas of result, The subsequent yogis, The Bodhisattva yogis, The complete yogis, The great yogis, The exceedingly yogis, The retinues that are originally present are as follows: Earth, water, fire, wind, and space. They and various other retinues dwell together. Then, from within the retinue, the self-illuminating young boy arose from his seat, knelt down, folded his hands, and respectfully requested: A bi ra ka ta gang ka ta dad a ti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). King of Teachers, Samantabhadra of the mind itself! For all of us gathered in this retinue, The reality of how things abide, And how sentient beings who have not realized...

The method of delusion, the method of cutting off the root of delusion, the method of obtaining the fruit after cutting off, the method of holding on to the irreversible conviction after obtaining, the instruction to dispel delusion and reverse it, what kind of qualities do the Buddhas have? What kind of faults do sentient beings have? Did the primordial Buddhas worship the gods with good deeds? Do the six kinds of sentient beings create methods with evil deeds? What are the faults and merits of the two? What are the eighty-four thousand Dharmas spoken for? The nine vehicles are summarized, for what kind of disciples are they summarized? The eight from Anu onwards, are they abandoned or how are they practiced? If the sect of the heretics is abandoned, can it be completed? If practiced, there is no need for the words of the heretics. How to choose the mistakes, obstacles, and essence of all sects? How to practice one's own sect? How to understand other sects? The self and others mentioned, with what difference do they appear? These twenty-one questions, please the teacher to speak to the retinue. Please speak deeply to the retinue gathered by us. Thus asked. From the Tantra of the Precious Light Razor Cutting off the Root of Delusion and Equality with Space, the first chapter of the introduction. Then Vajrasattva asked Samantabhadra: Please show us the reality of the abiding of things. Thus requested. Then the formless Samantabhadra, dwelt in the Samadhi of the precious non-light distinction. Then the non-dual Samantabhadra, saw the retinue gathered beside him. After rising, he said to the retinue: Vajrasattva, etc., Listen without distraction and with respect. Apa dha e api thim a. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) The reality of the nature of things, although it does not turn into the object of expression, but with the clear wisdom of distinction, this wisdom precious lamp, with unobstructed clarity of speech, like the sun and moon, clearly and universally speaks. For example, if a person has something to do, he will not encounter it without practice. Likewise, if you want to realize the Dharma nature, you cannot realize it without expressing the unspeakable. It is said based on the edge of being beyond words. For example, a thirsty person wants water, wants fire.
