What need is there to say more? This is the supreme of the great meaning. Thus it was said. From the Tantra of the Bodhicitta, the Great Ocean of Space, the eighteenth chapter, the Great Confidence, is complete. Then, the great Bodhisattva, whose body is like the sky, who destroys the conceptualization of characteristics, the Essence of Space, with eyes opened like blossoming lotuses, looked upon the Bhagavan and praised him, saying: "Well done, Sugata! Alala Ho!" With inconceivable offerings of wisdom, to as many Buddhas as there are grains of sand in the Ganges River, at one time, having made offerings filling the sky, having circumambulated and gathered together in one place, he spoke thus: "O King, Bodhicitta Samaya Guhyagarbha Om Tram Hum Hari Svaha Lala Ho! Please explain the meaning of gathering and determining." Upon this request, he said: "O Bodhisattva, supreme Essence of Space! The root is not other than the mind. Even the Buddhas of a hundred thousand kalpas are not other than the Bodhicitta. Body, speech, qualities, activities, and mind are all without exception not other than the mind. Cause and effect, the Bodhisattva is the supreme of mind. The teacher, the place, the teacher's retinue, the non-mind, the nature of mind, is thus explained. Of all the Buddhas of the three times, the body of the body is the nature of the body itself. Speech is the essence of all speech. Gathering all together is the supreme of all. Gathering all dharmas, there is nothing to see. View, conduct, mandala, all empowerments, practice, results, and so forth, are all originally non-existent without realization from the mind. All are not other than self, and self is like the sky. It is beyond the limits of expression. There is no examination or analysis of it. There is no grasping or grasper, inside or outside. The characteristic of being like the sky is accomplished through understanding scripture and oral instructions. Possessing the signs of dharma, mudras, and so forth, one will know a little about this. Those who cultivate by grasping at characteristics, dwelling on contrived grasping and conceptualization, even if they investigate for hundreds of thousands of millions of kalpas, they will not come to know it. Therefore, this sacred secret dharma should not become the object of anyone, for being defiled by defilement, it is bound again, becoming a great stake of grasping. The body, free from grasping, like the sky, is liberated in all respects, without object, like space. It is non-abiding, non-conceptual, beyond limits. By uniting with the limit of the sky, it dwells pervading all directions. However, it is liberated from the lineage of the sky." Thus it was said. Bodhicitta.

Sa. The nineteenth chapter, Deciding the Condensed Essence, from the Tantra of the Great Ocean of Space. Then, all the assembled great bodhisattvas of the retinue, such as Vajra Jewel, from the ten directions, as many as the sands of the Ganges in the world, praised with one voice, knowing the way the master of the tantra acts as the one who condenses the tantra itself: Ema! You make things equal, sending down a great rain of love. Not acting for yourself, you liberate all, drying up samsara in a single moment. You burn like fire, dispel like wind, support and empty, the chief spiritual friend of all. Your nature pervades like space, continuous and unceasing. You accomplish the benefit of all, thinking of all as if they were your only child. Always with body, speech, and mind, qualities, and activity, you are the teacher who tames in this way, the lord of wisdom. I prostrate and praise you. Abiding by the teachings of the teacher, you think of the meaning of the tantra. You subdue opponents and demons, making the tirthikas tremble. Praising, urging, praying, speaking of the meaning of the Dharma, the self-arisen Bhagavan, Essence of Space. Unchanging, you abide in the state of Great Perfection. I prostrate and praise the supreme gatherer of secrets. Without high or low, rejecting or accepting, you are Samantabhadra. Abiding like the edge of space, you are difficult to measure. Abiding like the depths of the ocean, you have no end. You fulfill the hopes of beings and destroy obscurations. Dispelling the darkness of ignorance, you are the physician, the great path of all. The great gate of skillful means is vast, effortless, and of great benefit. The one who seeks the very nature of great bliss, like a golden island, unchanging, suchness itself. Liberating beings, you transcend all slander. I prostrate and praise the body of the ultimate Victor. Thus they praised. All the Victors, ninety-nine kotis of bodhisattvas, buddhas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, together with their retinues, were gathered into his heart. Thinking of the heart essence as bodhi, contemplating suchness, they became silent. The retinue, as numerous as dust motes, manifestly praised the Bhagavan, and they rejoiced in and praised the Bhagavan. All the Victors also manifestly rejoiced. The twentieth chapter, Rejoicing, from the Tantra of the Great Ocean of Space of the Mind of Enlightenment. Byang Chu.
