Translated, reviewed, and finalized by the Tibetan monk Vairotsana. Also supplemented by Skarsarba. In Sanskrit: Bodhicitta (梵文天城体:बोधचित्त,梵文罗马拟音:bodhicitta,Mind of Enlightenment). In Tibetan: Cultivating the Mind of Enlightenment. Homage to the Bhagavan, glorious supreme bliss. The Bhagavan, considering to grasp all into the profound nature of reality, entered into the samadhi called "The Inconceivable Depth of the Dharmadhatu," and for those who are non-dual with the mandala of self-nature, he bestowed this self-nature that is beyond words. At that time, all transformed into the emptiness of the nature of reality. The essence of the mind of enlightenment is: Without thought, without memory, unmoving, Thought is impossible to demonstrate. How can words and concepts be established? This is beyond expression, beyond elaboration, Like a dream of virtue. Called the supreme path of the yogi, The tenets are unharmed, completely pure, Self-nature abides in the Buddha-ground, Called the meaning of the Great Perfection. This is the occasion when the Sugata spoke the inexpressible speech of self-nature, the first chapter. Again, he bestowed the inexpressible wisdom of the supreme bliss. The nature of reality is such, Wisdom also abides in such a way, The mind is in the first instant, The body-dharma realizes the meaning of abiding. At that time, there is no arising, feeling, or entering of consciousness, Habitual tendencies are cut off, and self-arising dawns. The fire of wisdom is in an instant, Likewise, the realm of reality is also an instant. That and that are without distinction, That is abandoning all continuity, Consciousness transforms into wisdom itself. Likewise, the path of union, Wisdom does not touch or abide, In one's own continuum, the four maras arise: Fearful forms and resounding sounds, Maras of light and deceptive states. When they arise, recognize them, Without attachment or clinging, contemplate repeatedly. All arising actions are the path itself, Called distinguished consciousness. This is the occasion of inexpressible wisdom, the second chapter. Then, the supreme vow of bliss, To the assembly, he bestowed the pure realm of reality. Peaceful realm of reality, neither combined nor separated, Self-nature is good and extremely mingled, Arising effortlessly, The self-nature realm of reality that has never been corrupted, The beginningless king. Realm of reality without cause and effect in an instant, Continuity ceases.

Now is the time of Dharmadhatu. If you search, the pain of effort will not heal. Without searching, the excellence of Dharmadhatu. Such is the Dharmadhatu. Such is the wisdom that descends. Or there is no descending and not descending. The stream of awareness and intelligence, Is not cut off by means of antidotes, Self-nature is realized by oneself. Therefore, the habits are pure in their own nature. One's own thoughts are false. That is the Sugata. I did not say to cling to one. Wisdom is also controlled by thought. Thought is not one's own. If Dharmadhatu and wisdom are abundant, Then grasp in a gradual manner, The meaning of non-gradualness is, The truthful and sacred one. In the practice of Bodhicitta, the chapter on revealing the pure Dharmadhatu, this is the third chapter. Then again, it was declared that self-nature is inexpressible. Self-nature realized by oneself is, The profound meaning of stainless purity. If it does not appear when one exists, The thought with characteristics, Cannot measure it, because it is false. Without manifestation, self-nature manifests. Manifestation itself is the fault of tenets. Self-nature is space, self-nature is mind. Manifestation is self-nature, self-nature abides. The stream of awareness is just like that. That is the unconditioned experience. View is not gradual, Practice is not gradual, View and conduct are both just self-nature. It is a particularly excellent self-nature. In the practice of Bodhicitta, the chapter on the inexpressible, this is the fourth chapter. Then again, it was declared that Dharmadhatu and conduct are transcendent. Everything is Dharmadhatu and conduct transcendent, Dharmadhatu and wisdom are inseparable, In the Dharmadhatu that is originally uncreated, The uncreated awareness exists in space. Self-nature has meaning, It is not the object of speculation, Dharmadhatu and wisdom are non-dual, Is the king of non-dual bliss. If it is not like that but speculation, When thought abides in this, If the mind is attached to this, Letting go will not liberate, it is the cause of bondage. The individual who does not need to let go, Integrates the support of space within. In the beginning, these two are obstacles. The sense consciousness is scattered on the objects, That is Dharmadhatu, pure wisdom. Once one desires the meaning of Dzogchen, Then experience self-nature bliss. Thinking it is bliss, but without awareness, one is lost. Therefore, settle the annihilation in peace. Settling there is like a golden bee. Dharmadhatu and wisdom in an instant, There is not, it is the perfection of wisdom and means. That
