Thus. The Samadhi of equality. Fourth, in the post-attainment phase, Great wisdom is spontaneously accomplished. Moreover, when meditating on tranquility, Hold mindfulness and awareness like resin. For example, like an elephant with an iron hook, Unwavering, with mindfulness, liberate in its own place. Thus, when meditating on insight, Place the knowable Dharma nature in a vase. Like a golden vase with a sesame oil lamp, The unchanging awareness is clear within. Likewise, when abiding in equanimity, Do not reject the senses, leave them in their own place. Like the vast expanse of the Golden Isle's indication, Whatever is seen is the vast expanse of equality. Finally, in the post-attainment phase, All spontaneously liberate, greatly arising. Like the knot of a poisonous snake ablaze, Without effort, liberate in its own place. Thus, by meditating at the appropriate times, On the yogi's path of birds in the sky, Unaccustomed, weary, and with excessive sessions, Sinking and dullness become extremely thick, Heavy and sticky, and the meaning is unclear. The five senses scatter to objects, Mental confusion, memory, and habitual tendencies arise. All the conceptual thoughts dripping like rain, Do not let sinking and excitement become faults. If sinking, conceal; if scattering, gather. The remedies for the faults of sinking are: In a high, cool, and breezy place, Bathe, stretch the body, and gaze into the distance. Sing, dance, and gaze into the distance. If sticky, break it apart and separate awareness. The gathering of those who are excited is also: Focus, grasp, and liberate in its own place. Self-born, self-pacified, like the example of the sky. The view is remedied by mindfulness. Thus, meditating for six months, Movement, habituation, attainment, and stability. Clarity arises like the sky. Like the moon in a clear sky, Universally equal, without conceptual obscurations. Even if thirsty and abstaining from food, The radiance and senses are clear from the depths. Bearing with the eight worldly dharmas, without acceptance or rejection. Liberated from the five desires. Afflictions, clinging, and concepts are exhausted. The body is light as cotton, breath is unfelt. The heat and signs of accomplishment arise un fabricated. Obtain signs such as clairvoyance. Predictions of the Dakinis and so forth occur. Do not be happy or sad about these, And have the attitude of not even thinking about their absence. Whatever signs of concepts arise, If you know that they are the nature of Dharma, Like knowing poison as medicine, Why seek Dharma nature from elsewhere? As an antidote to conceptual thought, meditate without thinking. That itself is great conceptual thought. Liberated from good and bad concepts, The realization of Dzogchen

Yoga bliss! Thus it was said. From the equality of clarity and limitlessness, the chapter on the clarity of wisdom, the twelfth. Then, Kunga Nyingpo asked: The essence of wisdom's blazing conduct, please explain from the treasure of the Teacher's heart, by the Lord of Secrets. The Bhagavan said: Listen, son of the gods with heart! The key to opening the treasure of the secret wisdom of the heart is the conduct of blazing wisdom. For the wisdom of the essence of mind itself, it is separate from the place to be practiced. Completely enjoy the state of non-action. It is called non-effort and non-action. The conduct of body, speech, and mind, the body's mudra is without effort, it is the great naturalness as it is, relaxed conduct is comfortable and blissful. Going, walking, sleeping, and sitting, whatever is done, does not deviate from its meaning, and if the bliss of ultimate meaning is grasped, then it is called conduct. The essence of speech is without recitation, in the conduct of uncreated speech, like the sound of a Binga bird, unobstructed sound emptiness unborn speech. Whatever you do, practice happily, it is the practice without bondage and liberation. The mind does not do the work of scattering and gathering, because it naturally abides in its own clear space, there is no memory, thought, or movement, bliss like the uncontrived sky. Self-luminous great wisdom arises, practice beyond the unborn mind. If the meaning beyond the mind is understood, then it is the conduct of the vajra of space. Outer, inner, and secret are only that, outer thoughts are gathered inward, inner thoughts are dissolved into secret, secret thoughts are liberated only as that. After liberation, the path of liberation is also shown, liberation from the essence of emptiness, practice with direct perception and inference reversed, it is not the object of conceptual thought.
