The dakinis, rejoicing and praising Vajrapani, with one-pointed mind, Vajrapani gathered them and entrusted them to the emanation Padmasambhava. The mind activity of Vajrasattva's Hundred Syllable Mantra, called "The Tantra of All Samaya," is complete. Translated by the emanation Padmasambhava and the monk Namkhai Nyingpo.
