我等以悲痛之语呼唤，发出哀怨之叹息，以真实之誓言系缚，陈设清净之金饮。祈请传承三根本上师垂念，祈请本尊神祇俯允垂听，您等护法誓盟海众，此番呼唤实有其义！ 佛教之教法已濒临毁灭，众生之安乐亦渐趋衰败。持誓之修行者日渐式微，无耻之盗贼却飞黄腾达。无誓之人放荡不羁，反诋毁具德之士，盗取僧众之财物，其口洁白如乳，其心漆黑如刺。明目张胆地乞讨，偷偷摸摸地盗窃，将种种罪恶藏于心中，却来参加秘密集会，坐在成熟灌顶之行列。欺骗上师，欺瞒道友，扰乱寺院。您等护法誓盟海众，若不对这些肆意违背誓言、凌辱持誓修行者之徒，以猛烈之诛法加以惩处，则与无有护持善行之护法何异？ 供养和依仗护法誓盟海众将变得毫无意义。 尤其是不敬上师之教诲，不守道友之誓言，不惧誓盟之威力，认为无誓之人无神灵庇佑，认为护法神祇无有力量，如追逐债款般追逐神通，如购买种马般购买神通，如饮鸩酒般饮用神通。此乃三宝之公敌，危害佛教之教法。此乃上师之仇敌，危害弘法者之寿命。此乃违背誓言者，来世今生皆如水上浮沤。此乃背离誓言者，无耻之徒放荡不羁。此乃违逆誓言者，危害持誓之瑜伽士。此乃誓言之仇敌，明知故犯地违背誓言。此乃恶劣之徒，作诸般恶行。来参加秘密集会，用隐瞒之手段挤进灌顶之行列。此乃危害大众者，令村庄衰败。此乃造作三恶道之因者，乃是来世转变之业。 因此，此乃圆满十种应诛罚之田地者，此具足十种田地之仇敌，正向我等持誓者发起挑战，寻衅滋事，与诸神为敌，直至劫末。
English
We call out with words of grief, uttering lamenting sighs, bound by the oath of truth, offering pure golden libations. We beseech the lineage's three roots to be mindful, we request the yidam deities to lend an ear. You, the ocean of oath-bound protectors, this call is truly meaningful! The Buddha's teachings are on the verge of destruction, the happiness of sentient beings is nearing decline. Oath-bound practitioners are diminishing, while shameless thieves rise to prominence. Those without vows are unrestrained and slander the virtuous, stealing from the Sangha's wealth. Their mouths are as white as milk, their hearts as black as thorns. They beg openly, steal secretly, hiding all kinds of misdeeds in their hearts, yet they come to secret gatherings, sitting in the rows of ripening empowerments. They deceive the lama, mislead their dharma brothers, and disrupt the monastery. You, the ocean of oath-bound protectors, if you do not punish these who deliberately violate vows and scorn oath-bound practitioners with fierce, manifest actions, what difference is there between you and protectors who do not safeguard virtue? Relying on and propitiating the ocean of oath-bound protectors will become meaningless. Especially those who disregard the lama's instructions, do not abide by the vows with dharma brothers, do not fear the power of oath-bound ones, thinking that those without vows have no deities, thinking that dharma-protecting deities have no power, pursuing power like chasing debts, buying power like buying a stud horse, consuming power like drinking poison. These are the common enemies of the Three Jewels, harming the Buddha's teachings. These are the enemies of the lama, harming the life of the dharma practitioner. These are those who have degenerated from their vows, their future and present are like bubbles on water. These are those who have strayed from their vows, shameless and unrestrained. These are those who oppose their vows, harming the oath-bound yogis. These are the enemies of vows, knowingly violating them. These are those of evil nature, committing all kinds of misdeeds. They come to secret gatherings, squeezing into the rows of empowerment with hidden means. These are those who harm the masses, causing villages to decline. These are those who accumulate the causes of the three lower realms, exhausting the karma of future rebirths. Therefore, these are those who have completed the ten fields of execution, these enemies who possess the ten fields are challenging us oath-bound ones, seeking competition and contention, relying on the gods until the end of the kalpa.

如果供养就催动猛烈的行为，如果诅咒就只是现在这一次，请用天神的智慧之眼观看。用禅定的耳朵倾听。用明智的心意考虑，对违背誓言者处以惩罚！对违背者显示猛烈！现在就请行动起来！乐器声！祈请垂听！特别是，勾召的使者，度脱的罗刹，杀戮的屠夫，处于教令轮中的，安住于金刚持誓言的，比风还快的，比魔还强的，获得吞噬生命之权的，喜悦于作为食物的血肉，即使吞食了三界的血肉也无法满足，发出砍砍的声音。喜悦于作为饮料的血液，即使将三界浸泡在血海中也仍然像红色的火焰一样猛烈。对于作为事业的杀戮、砍断、屠宰感到喜悦，对于度脱的事业具有勇敢和能力。凶猛恐怖，是世间傲慢者刀法和幻术的主人。口中的气息化为疾病，幻化为不祥之兆，真实地施展幻术，是明智和力量的主人。是持有誓言瑜伽士的护法，是没有誓言作恶者的刽子手。如果呼唤就倾听秘密，如果催促就行动迅速，如果诅咒就威力强大，夺取寿命，吞噬生命，一口吸尽气息，对于猛烈行为具有力量的你们，现在就用铁钩抓住这些违背誓言的敌人和作恶者，用绳索捆绑脖子，用铁链束缚手脚，用铃声迷惑心智，将他们交给救护之神，交给加害之魔，现在就将他们粉碎成灰尘！乐器声！祈请垂听！特别是星曜魔、毒刃、五毒业力之罗刹。圆满大教令的护法，千眼观敌，不会将敌人和同伴混淆。九头罗刹面容愤怒，口中的气息化为疾病，用毒气迅速杀死敌人！拉开牛角的弓箭，射击敌人的心脏！用黑蛇绳索捆绑！吐出毒液！敲打冰雹之门！从上方降下冰雹！从下方放出龙的疾病！降下瘟疫的热度，如果与正在行走的人相遇

Especially, the messenger of summoning, the rakshasa of deliverance, the butcher of killing, residing in the wheel of command, abiding in the vow of Vajradhara, faster than the wind, stronger than the demon, having the power to devour life, delighting in flesh as food, even if devouring the flesh of the three realms, not being satisfied, making a cutting sound. Delighting in blood as drink, even if immersing the three realms in a sea of blood, still raging like red flames. Delighting in killing, cutting, and butchering as actions, possessing courage and ability for the action of deliverance. Fierce and terrifying, the master of swordsmanship and illusion of the arrogant of the world. The breath from the mouth turns into disease, transforming into ominous signs, truly displaying illusion, the master of wisdom and power. The protector of yogis who hold vows, the executioner of evildoers who have no vows. If called, listen to secrets, if urged, act quickly, if cursed, be powerful, seize life, devour life, inhale breath in one gulp, you who have power over fierce actions, now seize these enemies and evildoers who break vows with iron hooks, bind their necks with ropes, fetter their limbs with iron chains, intoxicate their minds with bells, hand them over to the saving gods, hand them over to the harming demons, now crush them into dust!
