A Collection of Discussions on Dual Systems, a Precious Inlaid Ornament. A Collection of Discussions on Dual Systems, a Precious Inlaid Ornament. A Collection of Discussions on Dual Systems, a Precious Inlaid Ornament, resides here. Now, from the assembly where the lamp of the Threefold Training shines, with the venerable Protector as the leader, and the gathering of the noble Sangha, a vast ocean, resides as a wondrous field of merit for beings including gods, like the saying, 'Talks that adorn the ranks' and 'An example called Adorned Gra,' I will briefly present a few categories of talks that please the wise. There are two types of talks: upper talks and lower talks. If we start with the upper talks about the sacred Dharma, where does the essence of the Dharma lie? It lies in the manifestation of the three bodies of the Teacher. If we explain the lower talks according to worldly human customs, Above are the lineages of the rulers, below are the generations of the subjects. Explaining the formation of worldly politics and so on is vast. Counting them is numerous. Analyzing them has many detailed meanings. However, speaking too much is difficult to understand, and wearing heavy clothes is difficult to walk in, so let's talk briefly. As it is said, 'Connected with the five perfections, etc.' In conclusion, it is like this: In the nature of the five perfections, the auspicious ranks gather, from the beginning of auspiciousness. The monastery is maintained by discipline, and discipline is maintained by shame. As it is said, 'Upwards, the Lama and Dharma King are the leaders; downwards, the guides The support around the kitchen, if the law is restrained from its own place, there will be no disputes. Like the example of a screw tightened from the root will not come loose. From one's own path, it is the tradition of the upper monastery. In accordance with the words of the venerable Lama, it is the basis for the faithful to be joyful. It is the field for the wealthy to accumulate merit. The external appearance is such that there is no disagreement, following the path of individual liberation vows, without separating from the conduct of the three doors and three mandalas, and incorporating the practice of the Secret Mantra Vajrayana, practicing without contradicting the three vows. This is the precept of the Teacher Vajradhara, so the Dharma law is like a silken knot, soft and tight, and the king's law is like a golden yoke, heavy and dignified. Thinking about both this life and the next, the Dharma law must be strictly observed from one's own place. If one violates the Dharma law, one will be punished by the king's law, as it is said in the history of India, where the source of the Dharma is pure. And the order of immediate abandonment and adoption of regulations.

These and similar things are the essence of prayers that are free from perfunctoriness and negligence. In the future, may hundreds of auspicious doors open simultaneously, allowing all regions of the vast and boundless realm in general, and especially the entire land of snowy Tibet, to enjoy the unsurpassed joy of a new era of happiness and fulfillment without satiety. May the Buddha's teachings, without sectarian divisions, spread like a single expanse of white silk throughout the sky. May the feet of the holy beings who uphold the teachings be firmly established on the vajra throne for countless eons. May their purely white activities increase from above. May the assemblies of vidyadharas, with unbroken love and unwavering samaya, manifest enlightenment as a single group in the supreme state of Vajradhara in one lifetime. May all those connected to them never deviate from the supreme path of omniscience. This is also my prayer for auspicious conditions. For those in positions such as lama, dharma law, etc.: First, the lama is the lord of all mandalas, the source of all siddhis. Because there is no lama, there is no name for so-called prior enlightenment. Even the Buddhas of a thousand kalpas arise by relying on lamas. Thus, the lama is a treasure trove of qualities beyond words. In particular, according to the Vinaya, the "Three Hundred Verses" state: "Those who possess discipline and know the rules of conduct, are compassionate to the sick, have pure retinues, diligently benefit with dharma and wealth, and tame in due time, these are praised as lamas." Thus, the lama should possess the two qualities of stability and wisdom. According to the Bodhisattva Pitaka, the lama should be skilled in the three pitakas, be filled with bodhicitta, and be able to tame the minds of others. According to the Secret Mantra Pitaka, the lama should possess ten qualities. As the Vajra Heart Ornament Tantra says: "The rituals of averting and reversing, secret wisdom and prajna, the rituals of combining and separating, the recitation of the vajra torma, the rituals of fierce accomplishment, the accomplishment of consecration and mandala, are the ten secret natures."
