Starting with Tummo (inner heat yoga), ignite it properly, and after definitely realizing the meaning of emptiness with the great bliss of co-emergent joy (Sahaja-ananda) of the four joys, in the end, just by remembering Mahamudra, the empty form of Yab-Yum (father-mother) appears without physical transformation, which is recollection. Even if one has not obtained the complete Samadhi of Prāṇāyāma (life-sustaining breath control), after definitely determining the sequential four joys, one unites with the empty form that is in accordance with the form of the desire deity, and the form of subtle particles, etc., giving a similar unchanging bliss. Therefore, when remembrance arises, if many empty forms do not appear during the holding stage, then generate a strong desire that 'recollection arises here'; during the meditation stage, strive to gain control over the mind, these are only similar conformities, so at the end of the four joys, remember and generate a strong desire that 'recollection arises'. Doing so during the holding stage is also to find the basis for the mind to abide before Tummo is ignited; it is also the same when the empty form appears. Even if one can fully arise with the characteristics of the four limbs of recollection, there will be people to whom the goddess does not give bliss, that is, 'if the forms do not satisfy you', meaning 'if the supreme unchanging bliss of the empty form does not give', therefore, one should engage in Karmamudra (action seal). These points must be complete in order to enter Prāṇāyāma: identifying a qualified consort, making her a suitable vessel through empowerment, pure vows and precepts, knowledge of mantras and tantras, and a thorough understanding of the view of emptiness, these five are necessary. However, the master said that if one examines the consort with conceptual thought, there will be many. It is necessary to obtain a complete empowerment and to be certain that one is not tainted by root downfalls. Even if one has not completely mastered all the meanings of the tantras, one must bless the secret place of the Dakini, be proficient in deity yoga, be skilled in the stages of generating the four joys, and at least need to understand some key points. Finding the central channel pulse of both Yab-Yum (father-mother) and being skilled in union and binding is the most important. From the A (अ) in the birthplace (yoni), generate a lotus (padma), in its center, from the seed syllables Dhum (धूं), Ti (ती), Hum (हूं), generate a Vajra (diamond scepter), which can be found by rubbing with fingers and can be awakened. Even if it is stuck with impurities such as semen, place Hrih (ह्रीः) on the tip of the tongue, put it in the Dharmodaya (source of phenomena) and rub to awaken it, making it capable, like a magnet attracting iron, place Hrih on the tip of the tongue until it appears. If awakened in this way, just as the male Vajra is capable of opening the female lotus, in the center of the Vajra, generate a lotus from the A. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

像这样具足特征的是:曼殊室利(梵文:Mañjuśrī,文殊菩萨)所说:‘当智慧和方便平等结合时,la la na(藏文,梵文天城体,rasanā,梵文罗马拟音,舌),ra sa na(藏文,梵文天城体,rasanā,梵文罗马拟音,舌)的气进入中脉时,拙火就会燃烧。’

Furthermore, the mother's determination is also effective, this is the Dharma nature. Like this, mutually entering, the so-called 'center of the jewel' refers to the chakra at the junction of the neck and head, the mother's pulse must reach there. When observing the lineage, the thin veins inside the Dharma origin (referring to the female genitalia) are also said to be long or medium, this is also the reason. The fifth point is: at that time, the consciousness has arisen as the nature of great bliss, so merely remembering can combine bliss and emptiness. The view to be remembered is that it must be well determined by any kind of reasoning, such as the separation of one and many. If so, it can be practiced. Here it is said as a method of achieving remembrance, so it also needs to be understood in this way. Corresponding to the Mahamudra of emptiness and form mentioned above, experiencing the supreme unchanging bliss is the Samadhi of the six branches of yoga. Abiding that bliss in the meaning of no self-nature, giving bliss is the emptiness mudra Mahamudra, the co-emergent Tummo of bell and vajra is also this meaning. Practicing these two alternately will quickly obtain results. Furthermore, as Sarahā said: 'Even if talking about it at home and in the home, one does not fully understand the key to great bliss.' Although the words spoken in each Tantra differ, the point is: the result of the two winds merging into the central channel is to induce the four joys, and to determine and practice the co-emergent and luminosity in a non-inverted way, taking it as the essence of the path. If one understands this, one will not miss the key to the instructions, and one will gain the courage to be fearless of the meaning of the Tantras. Considering this, Sarahā said: 'Eating, drinking, and enjoying, constantly filling the wheel again and again. With such a Dharma, one can accomplish the next life, the ignorant world is trampled on the head and departs.' Where the wind and mind do not flow, where the sun and moon disappear, those who do not understand exhale there. By shooting an arrow, all the instructions are shown.' In this way, ignorance is eradicated from the root, summarizing the key points of all instructions. Like this, one who is fully characterized is: Mañjuśrī said: 'When wisdom and means are equally combined, when the winds of la la na (藏文,梵文天城体,rasanā,梵文罗马拟音,tongue), ra sa na (藏文,梵文天城体,rasanā,梵文罗马拟音,tongue) enter the central channel, Tummo will burn.' It will burn the aggregates and melt the moon. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
