When we pass away from here, may we be reborn in the Buddha's pure land, Born from a lotus flower, perfecting qualities. Sa! Merely hearing the name dispels the suffering of the lower realms. Dispelling the diseases of the three poisons, Buddha, the Medicine Guru, I prostrate to the light of Vaiḍūrya. With actual offerings, mantra wisdom, and the emanation of devotional power, I offer all assemblies of offerings, confess all sins and downfalls, rejoice in virtue, urge and pray. May this and all virtues be dedicated to the great Bodhi. Through the power of hearing, remembering, speaking, prostrating, and offering to the names of the Buddhas, may we and all sentient beings, be adorned with auspicious marks, and may all beings become like me. May light dispel darkness, and through skillful wisdom and inexhaustible enjoyment, may those who are on wrong paths and have inferior beliefs, enter the Great Vehicle path and be adorned with vows. May we be free from the suffering of misconduct, with all faculties complete, free from illness, with increasing resources, and may those who are weary of the female form, always possess the power of masculinity. May we be liberated from the snares of demons and evil views. May those tormented by kings find happiness, and those who live by sin due to hunger, be satisfied with Dharma wealth and food. May we pacify heat, cold, and fatigue, fulfill all aspirations, possess the conduct that pleases the Noble Ones, and be liberated. When we pass away from here, may we be born from a lotus in the Buddha's realm, complete with qualities, receive the teachings of the Medicine Buddha and other Buddhas, and please them. I prostrate to the Teacher, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the glorious Victorious Shakyamuni. I offer and take refuge. Possessing a golden color, with the earth-pressing mudra, through wondrous compassion and the power of great diligence, becoming the glory of the Sahā world, I prostrate to the supreme guide, the crown jewel of the Shakyas. Born into the Shakya clan with skillful means and compassion, unconquerable by others, destroying the armies of demons, a body as majestic as a golden mountain, I prostrate to that Shakya King. With actual offerings, mantra wisdom, and the emanation of devotional power, I offer all assemblies of offerings, confess all sins and downfalls, rejoice in virtue, urge and pray. May this and all virtues be dedicated to the great Bodhi.
