以咒力信力所化现，一切供养奉献罪堕皆忏悔，善业随喜劝请并祈祷，以此为首善根回向大菩提。祈请世尊大集会垂念，七如来昔日之愿力，如释迦教法五百之末，如您亲许成就之誓言，祈请于我示现真实义。顶礼供养皈依薄伽梵如来应供正等觉，名号圆满宣说吉祥王。如是念诵七遍，其余亦如是类推。身色金黄持施无畏印，八愿成就二资粮庄严，他者不能胜，成为田之吉祥，顶礼名号圆满宣说吉祥。名号之花盛开且清净，妙相好之种子所生美妙身，凡见闻忆念者皆成吉祥，顶礼名号圆满宣说吉祥。真实陈设咒力信力所化现，一切供养奉献罪堕皆忏悔，善业随喜劝请并祈祷，以此为首善根回向大菩提。听闻忆念称诵礼拜供养诸佛名，我等以及所有诸有情，从病疫死神罪恶邪魔中解脱，诸根具足痛苦罪业之流断绝。不堕恶趣享受人天安乐，饥渴贫乏平息且富饶。束缚击打等身体之痛苦皆无，远离虎狮蛇之侵害，息灭争斗，具足慈爱心，畏惧水者，亦气息平稳无惧安乐度过。从此命终之后往生佛之刹，于彼莲花中生圆满诸功德。领受名号圆满宣说等诸佛之教言，且令彼等欢喜。顶礼供养皈依薄伽梵如来应供正等觉，以珍宝月亮莲花善为庄严，善巧光荣音声之王。

Through the power of mantra and faith, all offerings are presented, and all sins and downfalls are confessed. I rejoice in virtue, encourage and pray. May all these virtues, led by this, be dedicated to the great Bodhi. Please, Bhagavan, great assembly, consider. The past aspirations of the Seven Sugatas, as the Shakya's teachings at the end of the five hundred, as you have promised to accomplish, please show me the truth directly. Homage, offering, and refuge to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, whose name is perfectly proclaimed, the King of Auspiciousness. Recite this seven times, and the same applies to the following. Golden in color, with the gesture of granting refuge, eight aspirations fulfilled, adorned with the glory of the two accumulations, invincible by others, becoming the glory of the field, homage to the one whose name is perfectly proclaimed, auspicious. The flowers of the name bloom and are pure, the beautiful body with the seeds of good marks, whoever sees, hears, or remembers becomes auspicious, homage to the one whose name is perfectly proclaimed, auspicious. Real offerings, transformed by the power of mantra and faith, all offerings are presented, and all sins and downfalls are confessed. I rejoice in virtue, encourage and pray. May all these virtues, led by this, be dedicated to the great Bodhi. Through the power of hearing, remembering, reciting, prostrating, and offering to the names of the Buddhas, may we and all sentient beings be liberated from diseases, epidemics, executioners, evil deeds, and demons. May all faculties be complete, and may the stream of suffering and sin be cut off. May we not fall into the lower realms and experience the happiness of gods and humans. May hunger, thirst, poverty, and destitution be pacified and become prosperous. May there be no physical suffering such as bondage and beatings. May we be free from the harm of tigers, lions, and snakes, and may strife be pacified. Those who are afraid of water, possessing loving hearts, may also pass over peacefully, breathing easily and without fear. When we die and pass away from here, may we be born in the Buddha's field, born from a lotus, complete with all qualities. May we receive the teachings of the Buddhas, such as the one whose name is perfectly proclaimed, and may we please them. Homage, offering, and refuge to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, well adorned with jewels, the moon, and lotuses, the King of Skillful, Glorious, and Melodious Sound.

Possessing the mudra. Eight aspirations accomplished, adorned with the glory of the two accumulations. Becoming the glory of the field possessing jewels. I prostrate to the feet of the Jewel Moon. Jewel Moon and lotus well adorned, skilled in all knowable things, vast wisdom. Possessing a mind as deep as the ocean. I prostrate to the feet of the King of Melodious Sound. With actual offerings, dharani mantras, and the power of faith, emanated. Offering all offering clouds, confessing all sins and downfalls. Rejoicing in virtue, urging and praying. May this, representing all virtues, be dedicated to great Bodhi. By the power of hearing, remembering, reciting, prostrating, and offering to the names of the Buddhas. May we and all sentient beings. Distracted ones increase Dharma, obtain the resources of gods and humans. Separated from the suffering of hunger, may we always be born in good realms. May we not be separated from Bodhicitta, may virtues and Dharma increase. May we purify obscurations and obtain the happiness of gods and humans. Separated from virtuous friends, in darkness, with demonic influences, death and enemies. May monasteries be unharmed, and may we strive in offerings and rituals. May the inferior ones possess samadhi, mindfulness, and dharani. May we obtain supreme wisdom, and may the danger of fire be pacified. From this life, when we pass away, may we be born in the Buddha's. Pure land, born from a lotus, perfecting qualities. May we receive the. teachings of the King of Melodious Sound and other Buddhas, and make them happy. I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, Good Gold Stainless Jewel Light, Accomplished in Conduct. I offer and take refuge. Like gold from Jambudvipa, possessing the mudra of teaching Dharma. Four aspirations accomplished, adorned with the glory of the two accumulations. Filled with fragrance, becoming the glory of the pure land. I prostrate to Good Gold Stainless Light. Shining like gold from the Jambudvipa River. Blazing with glory surpassing a thousand suns. A body like a offering tree of stainless gold. I prostrate to Good Gold Stainless Light. With actual offerings, dharani mantras, and the power of faith, emanated. Offering all offering clouds, confessing all sins and downfalls. Rejoicing in virtue, urging and praying. May this, representing all virtues, be dedicated to great Bodhi. By the power of hearing, remembering, reciting, prostrating, and offering to the names of the Buddhas. May we and all sentient beings. Bound by the vow not to fall into the lower realms, may I never be separated from the mind of enlightenment! When I pass away from this life, may I be born from a lotus in that Buddha-field, perfect in qualities. May I receive the teachings of the Buddhas such as Golden Goodness and Immaculate One, and make them happy! I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, Supreme and Auspicious Free from Sorrow! I offer and take refuge! With a body color of mixed red and white, possessing the mudra of equipoise, the four aspirations fulfilled, adorned with the glory of the two accumulations. I prostrate to the glory of the field of No Sorrow, Supreme and Auspicious Free from Sorrow! In the realm of No Sorrow's passing, having attained the supreme of bliss, pacifying the suffering of beings in the three times, becoming the protector and auspicious one of the six realms, I prostrate to the Supreme and Auspicious Free from Sorrow! Offering clouds transformed by actual offerings, mantra power, wisdom, and the power of faith, I offer all, and confess all sins and downfalls. I rejoice in virtue, encourage, and pray, and dedicate all these virtues, represented by this, to great enlightenment. By the power of hearing, remembering, reciting, prostrating, and offering to the names of the Buddhas, may we and all sentient beings pacify sorrow, never be separated from long life and happiness, and in hell, may the light of the Buddhas increase joy and happiness. May we be radiant, beautiful, and wealthy, unharmed by elemental forces, filled with mutual love, and free from diseases. When I pass away from this life, may I be born from a lotus in that Buddha-field, perfect in qualities. May I receive the teachings of the Buddhas such as Supreme Free from Sorrow, and make them happy! I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, Melodious Voice Proclaiming the Dharma Ocean! I offer and take refuge! With a body color of white and red, possessing the mudra of teaching the Dharma, the four aspirations fulfilled, adorned with the glory of the two accumulations. I prostrate to the victorious banner of Dharma, the glory of the field, Melodious Voice Proclaiming the Dharma Ocean! By proclaiming the great Dharma, subduing the opponents of others, possessing speech as profound as the ocean, pacifying all the suffering of beings, I prostrate to the Melodious Voice Proclaiming the Dharma Ocean! Offering clouds transformed by actual offerings, mantra power, wisdom, and the power of faith, I offer all, and confess all sins and downfalls.
